  1. i posted this on facebook but for my friends here who are not on facebook I hope you can help. I was wondering if somone can help me track down a movie title. It was a movie I saw in the early to mid 80's. it was about a jewish teen who loved the American wild west. I don't remember much about it other than it took place during WWII and it was rather sad. I can't even remember who was in it. One thing that stands out was the kid being put in a death camp. and wearing his star of David with pride because it reminded him a of a sherifs badge. Any help tracking this one down would be most appreciated.

  3. what if somone makes a slightly smaller pilot that looks dead and adds him as a seat(if you can in FE) or as a weapon. if he is small enough then he will be unsean until the real pilot dies then it will look like there is a dead pilot.

  7. I havn't herd mention of anyone playing online in a long time. As for FE2 it is very similar but has a lot of stuff fixed or updated under the hood. it is easier to mod and tends to run alot smoother then FE1. the experts can give you more details but I would say that if you have a dual or quad core PC it should run much better and unless money is really tight I would go with FE2. FE2 also comes with all the stuff FE1 ep1 added out of the box.

  9. one of my favorites. this and the jaguar A are probobly the 2 planes I have been hoping for the most. I can wait years for these. excellent work.

  14. thats odd. I'm no expert so I just do the whole drag and drop dance. I'll see if I can figure anything out.
  15. ok I seem to have made some progress. I added a Forward gun to the defiant and changed it from "FIGHTER" to "ATTACK" sent it on an interecpt mission and it went after some stukas. they attacked with the forward gun and used the turret as targets were in range. the turret was far from effective but it was shooting.now to change the forward gun to a dummy and see how that works. edit. I added the dummy machinegun from FE and they still attack but do no damage with their forward firing dummies but the turrts are fireing and sometimes even hit. I had to set them to rotate 360 degrees but they seem to want to fir to the sides and rear more often but the do fire to the front too.
  16. update, I can't get the defiant to even recognize the guns...any guns. i change them and no matter what type I add they don't register any ammo. something must be wrong somwhere.....just not seeing it myself.

Wrench is that because of the way the game handles turrets on fighters? in FE guys set up planes with flexable guns to have a dummy forward fireing MG and that made the fighters act agresivly and then once in range the flexible guns open up. is this something that might work in SF? i have seen some planes with turrets return fire from bombers ,maybe changing the Defiant to "attack" or "bomber" and then adding a dummy gun might work....
  18. fomation ini needs to be modded for large bomber formations. there should be one floating around here somewhere.
