Strike Fighters NA introduced "off map" airbases. Mainly for bombers to enter the battle from airbases far outside the scope of the maps. They enter at a point on the edge of the map. I was hopeing somone had added a couple soviet "off map" bases to terrains like DBS or American northwest to have us based intercepters going after Soviet long rang bombers.

has anyone added any to any of the continental US maps? might be fun once in a while to do some bomber intercepts.

stupid question but does the canopy and wing fold have some link in the superhornet pictured? in the land pic the wings are folded and the canopy is open but on the carrier while hard to tell the wings are not folded and the canopy looks closed. I don't know anything about how this stuff works but that seemed odd to me for some reason.

I'm imn agreement on the Be. there were a few versions that were in so much use. prob the "sterotypical" cannon fodder plane onthe allied side.i can think of alot of stuff I would rather see but I can't think of anything we need more. also the Be gives you alot of bang for your buck. you can prob make a large number of verions with a "little" modification. Aslo there were single seat fighter versions that had alot in common with the 2 seater.
