nice pic.. :) always good to see a phantom in the air! made me remeber that me and a few of my friends went to the IAF museum and we kinda went to the plane grave yard near by.. it was a real shame to see the old phantoms sitting there lifeless :(

in the end he yells "rousting" in hebrew these guys are from platoon 4, "Shimshon" (Samson) battalion joined the army on Nov 07... :)

Happy b-day :) it's not everyday that an AF gets to see 90... especially since aviation is about 105-110 years old :) -
we have a similar story during the "Second Lebanon War" a major in the Golani Brigade, Roey Klein, threw himself on a grenade to save his soldiers lives while jumping on the nade he yelled "Shema Yisrael" ("LISTEN ISRAEL.." a prayer) http://www.virtualgeula.com/u-bekol/ <S> to the SSG!

Today the Air Force commander, Shkedy, said that in time of need those planes will be in the air he will even fly one himself he said it in response to a question on the radio where he had an interview... Cheers -
