Me and DCWAce are talking via Facebook on a mission idea, a downed UAV, and our squadrons are tasked out to find it. The problem is that we don't have a destroyed UAV (Global Hawk, Predator, Shadow, etc.) and was wondering if anybody has one?

Touching down after another training mission

It was brought up in another thread but the newer patch I guess overmodels or models G-stress on the airframe realistically or not. Then again, I "crashed" when making a turn for finals in a Legacy Bug, so not sure myself but take it easier on the stick for now...

I'd just edit the weapons to be IR missiles. In the weapons editor its pretty easy to change, or via text editing.

When I was younger me too... But yeah it is a good read though. Sure it's not terribly accurate in most cases but the fun stuff starts at Chapter 17. The AWACs strike scenario is something I suggested for Operation Darius but since there weren't any AWACs anyways (Iran's only one crashed). But back on topic if carriers are sinkable then it opens up a whole new can of worms.

Well as per your PM, the only thing I could suggest is adding airfields in Kuwait, Iran, and Afghanistan to get the initial setup, though it would be very nice to have the proper tiling done though...

So this is just another "forgotten war"? Fair enough On another note I was wondering who was controlling the B-52s? I'd like to use them for some MALD supported missions. Was playing around with a mission yesterday using the Falconer II Subsonic Target (I think ChampionsVA56 offered it for his custom range) and they make great targets for missions. Dropped a bomb without even a lock on by threat SAMs (while they got shot down), nice.
