China's new aircraft and no one here talks about it ?
Flanker562 replied to Wraith27's topic in Military and General Aviation
I think yes and no. Yes because it's a demonstrator aircraft and therefore the capabilities are of course unknown. No because you have to take it seriously because while we're dropping tons of bombs in Afghanistan we still have to look forward and hopefully not get caught flat-footed. Same with the PAK-FA. Looks cool but really is it as capable? Time will tell and we gotta be ready for that time when it is a concern. -
In 2004 my Troop got individual replacements so it's still going on and I think my Company got a couple too but all of my FOs were prior to going to Afghanistan. But the timetable is relative to the unit though and not specifically always true as two of my FOs showed up a month before deploying and they came along for the ride. Though to help them (and the others since me and my FSO were the most experienced) we trained weekly (if they weren't on patrol) so it can be done. And I'll agree on that last part as having been both to Iraq and Afghanistan you see Soldiers do the most amazing and phenomenal stuff these days (SSG Guinta one of them) and all are part of the "wussy" generation. CrazyhorseB34 has hit it right on the head. And since I've been in since 1998 I don't miss shining my boots or pressing my uniform. Not because I'm lazy or a sh!tbag but I got better things to do than constantly shine stuff that gets messed up. Because one day in the motor pool jacked them up anyways which made me wonder what the whole point of shining your boots and messing them up was anyways. Screw Kiwi and hello soap and water and a washing machine. Time moves on and so we all have to. And as far as Walter Reed, SGM/CSM Jurgensen was my HHT 1SG during Iraq. Dude took an AK round in the tooth and kept on trucking. Couldn't talk but he was still taking care of business and I forgot what leg got blown up to the knee but if you see him walking you may notice but I never did when he came back. Though he was older that's something to look on too...

If've got an NVIDIA 330M card myself so it's probably just that card manufacturer that we're seeing the graphics problems with.

Just a note I had the LOD issue in Win7 64-bit non forced DX9 so it may be a graphics card issue or something else altogether. But the LOD fix worked as it should, thanks!

The VX-9 CAG tests the low level performance of the Enhanced Performance Engine (EPE) on the F/A-18E (I need to update this skin too).

Was doing touch and goes on the carrier and decided at the last moment to try and trap but missed the wires totally so I caught the first coming around for a real pass. Just another day at work Abdullah always hated flying with Ishmael due to the fact that they never got "good" shots and the constant jerking "made him a bad photographer" I remember one night in the real Afghanistan we dropped three GBU-38s and it lit up the night sky pretty nice... Then again the clouds were a lot closer so that effect worked fine but so did this...

Back at it by adding some warning triangles. I figured it would make sense for the bay doors... And a dumb question does the "fuel circle" apply even to places that are square? Like the top panels for the fuel access?

Thanks! I managed to find a good side shot of the VFA-27 CAG bird and dressed it up. Was looking kinda plain without nose art.

Looking nice.... -
I have no issue but I can get it myself as I was doing drill weekend and quite busy so taking care of skinwork or any hobbywork was put on hold. But If it's no big deal Ceaserr I'll add it and credit you with the file.

No, go to the main directory and open the options.ini file and find this in the [singleMission] part: StartYear=0 EndYear=2020 And yoy'll be able to use the years. I use 331Killerbee's weapons pack so that's how I get more available weapons though I would think you'd be able to select just regular iron bombs

May be your install as I have all time specific weaponry available.... could be your install

I think Wrench was finally defeated by people not reading the readme because if you read the readme then you wouldn't have to ask questions. But since people don't read the readme it makes sense not to have a readme since they won't read the readme anyways, and ask questions that could be answered on the readme.
