  1. That makes sense... and like Erik I really enjoy reading the after action reports with a cuppa, waiting to see if anyone has bought the farm!
  2. Thanks very much and quick work!
  3. Ah, the Sutton harness... used to wear one in my Spit old boy! (hic!)
  4. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... is it done yet? (You know how fast those chaps just keep pushing out this stuff)
  5. I don't think anyone can deny how good the graphics quality of BH&H2 is now (for the most part)... the way Pol and Shredders keep improving the WoFF series is outstanding...
  6. Ooh... what about in real life when pilots had to stand up in some aeroplanes to change the Lewis magazine... when some of these machines had to be flown hands on constantly, that must have been some feat!
  7. Several accounts I've read in the past stated that individual pilots would try to leave the fight, sort out the Lewis gun, then after reloading return to it if it was still going on... my feeling would be to break contact and leg it. If I managed to do that without some Hun following, I'd reload and get myself home!
  8. This is what happens when you let an observer loose with a 'Strange' mount...
  9. 'E's not pinin'! 'E's passed on! This pilot is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the bar 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-PILOT!!
  10. Interesting stuff... I'll keep the old eye out for this one!
  11. You might want to put in for a transfer old chap... a nice little training job with Triggers back in Blighty
  12. Triggers is still around... be sure.
  13. I love any game that doesn't have to be constantly connected to a host site just to play SP... and of course, WoFF is top of the list
  14. 504's in small numbers went to the front in 1914, plus the RNAS used them to bomb the zeppelin works... In 1917-18, they were converted for Home Defence as night fighters, as well as being used as trainers of course. It's amazing to think that nearly 9,000 of them were built spanning 20 years!
  15. Yes. Great series! I bought the dvd two series set years ago... both series are available to watch on you tube though for free
  16. What a difference a little colour makes... It gives a different perspective to these well known pilots.
  17. Yep... Great stuff!
  18. He made you the pilot you are today old chap... rejoice in that
  19. That's a good looking aircraft!
  20. It's a good idea... but as I don't have an artistic bone in my body I'll defer to a more talented and worthy member of our super community
