The "(Insert country here) claim that their (Insert platform here) will knock out any aircraft in world." ...statement has been around since the dawn of warfare. And as always, over time, countermeasures and counterparts are always developed. There will be something better than the F-15E. There will be something better than the F-22. There will be something better than the S-400, or the AIM-9X, or the T-90, the M-4 assault rifle, Spectra body armour, Metal Storm CIWS... and so on. Whatever it is, be it a platform, or electronic or operational countermeasures or whatever, it's being worked on as we speak.

Israelis are sposed to use them reasonably frequently on their C/Ds, or so I've heard.

Hey E, Marcos was kinda enough to upload a screenie of the problem, here. I'm just wondering, could it have been the way I uploaded it? Maybe just deleting them and reposting might do the trick? They're located in the general SF/WO* skins directory. Weird thing was, when I went to move them to the Modern Aircraft sub-cat, I couldn't find them to move, nor did I see any options on the download page itself.

I've noticed that Download server 2 resets your connection, so don't use it. Download from server 1 instead.

Hey, any reason why Starfighter2(Serbia) and Museli(NL) would be having trouble downloading these two IA-58 Pucara skins? I uploaded them earlier and I have no problems whatsoever, but they keep getting errors... Edit: Oops, this is the other.

I've tried downloading both and they seem to work fine for me... I'll ask the boys in the lab.

I dunno, I thought the TVC looked alright going by the previous release. Okay, it didn't have the huge burner effects some of the other aircraft released has, but it still looked good. Nevertheless, very much liking this one too!

No no, you don't have to mod the skin too. If you create an additional pylon, it will be there on the wing, it will just be invisible. As far as I know, you would have to add pylons to the aircraft package (similarly to the various canards mods with existing aircraft) to be able to see them. With the canards mods, you would then need an additional texture to be linked to them so you can actually see them and this would apply to any pylons you would add too. I thought the F-104S-ASA-M mod was made using the F-104G as a template. If that is so, then the skins should work fine with it. In theory...

I saw a bit of the fly past on the ABC news here, a week ago or so. Very nice!
