I lock my keys in my car on a regular basis unless I have them chained to my pants on one of those little punk chains. I amaze myself as to how often I do it. Also, in the current Suzuki Swift, there's a small square cup holder kinda thing between the seats and behind the handbrake where things, phones, keys, PSPs etc simple vanish for days for me. I lost a phone for a week and it was sitting in that, the devil's little bastard holder thingo, for something like five days. If my gf finds out about it, I'll never live it down.

Man... the East coast of Australia always has the fun events! Gallery here: The dust storm was so immense in scale, it could be seen from orbit! And today, it was a fine and sunny day there. It was truly bizarre. The weather went like this: Monday: Fine and sunny. Tuesday: Fine and sunny. Wednesday: Massive red nebula descends, freaking out some rather "special" people into thinking it was Armageddon. Thursday: Fine and sunny, a little layer of dust on everything.

Anyone having a problem with aircraft audio when copying the SF directory? Example: I recently copied the components of a mod from WOV to WOE, sound, objects, controls, etc and now I'm finding that random aircraft (the PLAAF J-8, F-35A and C (but not B)) have no engine sounds. I've checked the data.inis checked for the corresponding sound files in the sound folder and they're there... but just no sound. I've tried recopying the audio, problem persists... Anyone come across this? Note: I'm using the first gen series, patched to date.

They're all just as bad as each other. They all need a slap in the face and told to rub some dirt into it for being so sensitive! Otherwise, I'd prescribe (warning, some reasonably offensive language)

It's a shame it hasn't been bought by other nations already. It really is a great aircraft, but I think France really shot themselves in the foot spectacularly by choosing kill off the Mirage 2000 production line to favour the Rafale. It's really been a disincentive to prospective buyers, many of whom are Mirage 2000 operators themselves, to update to the new aircraft. I couldn't imagine the US shutting down the F-16 line to preference the F-35 and I think Dassault/France would be seeing a much larger market share if they hadn't pushed it so hard.

I'm intrigued by the idea, but with the large pylon-y looking things at the wing root and the two slab sided supersonic stabilisers beneath aelerons, they're gonna have to do better than that to reduce the RCS. I thought the Russians, Chinese and Indian were having a lot of success with reducing the RCS by adding composites (and heavily modified intakes) and those RAM coatings to aircraft. What is the coating, ferrite or something? Still, with the room they'd create by adding a bay between the engine intakes, there'd be a lot of room for weapons or fuel. It'd certainly give the Strike/Silent Eagles some good competition.
