This mod includes custom StrikeFighter2 menu screens and pilots. No other (Hangar, Loading or Campaign) screens or INI files are changed. You should unzip the file and preview the new screens before installing them. I recommend doing this as there are MANY alternate screens I have in there that you might like better.
If you choose to install these screens, I recommend that you back up your MENU, FLIGHT and PILOTDATA folders in the SF2 Mod folder you're installing this mod into. Just in case you want to go back to your original setup.
To install, simply unzip and copy the Flight and Menu folder to your StrikeFighter2 Mod folder.
My Win97 folder was..(yours may be different)...

I made these upgraded alternate "Korean Air War" themed Menu screens to go with Do335's "SF2 Wings Over Korea" package!. Thanks Do335, for putting together the long awaited, easy to install package!
Pleae unzip the compressed file and preview the new screens before installing them. I recommend doing this as there are some alternate screens I have in there that you might like better.
If you choose to install these screens, I recommend that you back up your FLIGHT and MENU folders in the SF2 Mod folder you're installing this mod into. Just in case you want to go back to your original setup.
To install, simply unzip and copy the uncompressed FLIGHT and MENU folders to your StrikeFighter2 mod folder.

This mod contains updated/enhanced F-15E Strike and SE Silent Eagle skins of the 48th FW based at RAF Lakenheath UK. Included are the 492nd, 494th, and 495th (deactivated) Squadrons. Also included are Desert Camo for the 492th and the 494th Squadrons and all new decals and complete serial numbers (as far I can tell from my research) for the squadons. This mod will replace and add/or some new skins so back up!

These are upgraded/Alternate Hangar, Loading, Loadout Screens for The Hornet Team's F/A-18A/B/C/D Version 2.0 package and new <Aircraft>.ini files to read them. It was released by Dave and can be downloaded here. If the The Hornet Team team saw fit to add this to their pack, I would be grateful.

These replaces/adds to The Hornet Team's package (STOCK ONLY) released on 11 Jan 2015. This (my) package DOES NOT include any LODs or other files from the Hornet team. It does include a new <AirCraft>.ini files so the right screens are read for display.
First!!! Always backup F/A-18s in your "...\Objects\Aircraft" folder. To install, copy the new "Airctaft" folder into your mod "Objects" folder. Overwrite and you're done.

This pack adds the YF-12A "Starduster" and a new 1950/60s era pilot in grey flight suit. Comes complete with new skins, Hangar, Loading, Loadout and Decal files.

This mod contains updated F-15C and Silent Eagle skins for the 48th FW, RAF Lakenheath UK. The 493rd squadron and some variations of their paint schemes. This mod includes custom "World War II" themed menu screens and pilots for the ETO package I hope someone will make in the future (if not already made that I don't know about). You should unzip the file and preview the new screens before installing them. I recommend doing this as there are MANY alternate screens I have in there that you might like better.
If you choose to install these screens, I recommend that you back up (make a copy of) your FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders in the SF2 Mod folder you're installing this mod into. Just in case you want to go back to your original setup.

To remove, simply delete the FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders and rename the copies you made to FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders.

A set of "Aces of the Great War" Flight and Menu Templates for First Eagles2.
Requirement: Photoshop or other graphics program that can edit Photoshop PSD files.
You can created your own FE2 menus. Load the Menu Template you want to customize into Photoshop. Load the picture you want into Photoshop. Copy the picture and place it over the Red Background layer. Merge all layers and save as a jpeg (jpg). Copy the new menu screen to the FE2 Menu folder. Done...
Also included: 2 minute Prop plane wave in the Flight Folder. A collection of WWI Pilot photos in the Pilotdata folder.

This pack WILL NOT replace stock F-104s, but it may conflict with any other F-104 mod you may have installed - SO BACK UP unless you crave drama! SF2 Europe needs to be merged with your Vietnam install and DLc28 is REQUIRED, REALLY. If you don't have these, this mod will not work for you.

This pack contains a small sub-set of the "SF2 C/N/R/F-104A/B/C/D/F/G/J/S Starfighter Super Pack" (see link below). Separated it for users who did not want to install the full F-104 Super Pack just to get the Vietnam era F-104s. You don't need the full pack to use this Vietnam Pack.

Note: I removed all the nation sounds from this Menu packs for size reasons. If you intend to install the "VIPER63A HQ Menu Sounds" pack, please install that pack first. Installing the HQ Sound pack over the Menu pack may overwrite some of the menu specific music files. You can always re-install this menu pack to get the menu specific theme music back.

1) Copy the contents of the "To_Mod_Folder" folder into your mod folder and over-write if required.
2) Update your "...\Flight\SOUNDLIST.INI" with the contents of the "Add F15 SoundList.txt". Please don't forget to maintain the number sequence in the sound list.
3) Check, ensure (or update) all the squadrons in this pack is in your "SQUADRONLIST.INI" file. Once you look at that file, you will know what to do.
* Please note that some squadrons may have multiple CO planes, this is not a mistake. Rather than just picking one CO, I am representing all the COs for that squardon during the period. So both COs could pop up in given scenario. I rather have them than cut them so...it's only a game...

This mod includes custom "Top Gun" themed menu screens, pilots and music. I used the MENU INI files to reuse the music files for different menus. This reduces the size of the package as I don't have duplicates of the same music files for different menus. You should unzip the file and preview the new screens before installing them. This mod includes replacements for ALL (that's right, ALL) stock campaign images from SF2 to SF2NA. I extracted the MENUDATA.CAT and upgraded all the images I found there. Then I used the Mission.ini and text files to rebuild the "Campaigns" folders! So, this should be complete unless I missed something. If I did, let me know. No other (Hangar, Loading) images or INI files are changed.
1) UNZIP the file and preview the new images. I recommend doing this as there are some alternate images I have in there that you might like better.
2) BACKUP your "Campaigns" folder so you can restore your original set up if you don't like this mod.
3) INSTALL/COPY the "Campaigns" folder into your disired StrikeFighter2 "Saved Game" folder.
My Win97 folders were..(yours may be different)...

This mod includes custom "American Air Force WWII" themed menu screens and pilots for the ETO package I hope someone will make in the future (if not already made that I don't know about). You should unzip the file and preview the new screens before installing them. I recommend doing this as there are MANY alternate screens I have in there that you might like better.

This mod includes custom WWI Air War themed menu, campaign and pilot screens. No other (Hangar, Loading) screens are changed. * Menu Install...
To install, simply unzip and copy the contents of the "To_Mod_Folder" (and not the folder itself) into your FirstEagles2 Mod folder.
To uninstall, simply delete the current MENU, FLIGHT, PILOTDATA folder and rename your backed up copies to be the active folders.
* Optional Campaign Screens install...
In the "Optional" folder, I have some upgraded Campaign screens. These are just the screens, nothing else is changed. Also, I've not tested them, so use them at your own risk. If you back up (make a copy) your "Campaigns" folder, there shouldn't be any risk. Copy the Optional "Campaigns" folder to your FirstEagles2 Mod folder and over write if asked.
My Win97 mod folder was...(Yours may be different)...
C:\Users\<your_id>\Saved Games\ThirdWire\FirstEagles2\
If you don't have a "Campaigns" folder, then you're running the stock Campaigns. If this is the case, you can just copy the optional "Campaigns" folder into your FirstEagles2 Mod folder. If you don't like or want them, you can just delete the "Campaigns" folder from your FirstEagles2 Mod folder and the game will go back to using the stock Campaign screens.

Note: I removed all the nation sounds from this Menu packs for size reasons. If you intend to install the "VIPER63A HQ Menu Sounds" pack, please install that pack first. Installing the HQ Sound pack over the Menu pack may overwrite some of the menu specific music files. You can always re-install this menu pack to get the menu specific theme music back.
This mod includes custom "vietnam Era" themed menu screens, pilots and (w/ 60s) music. You should unzip this package and preview the new screens before installing them. I recommend doing this as there are MANY alternate screens I have in there that you might like better.
1) Backup (copy) your FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folder. I "highly" recommend that you (if you can) "RENAME" your Menu folder and let this mod create a new Menu folder for you. If you had installed any other menu mods, that may conflict with this Menu mod.
2) To install, simply unzip and copy the uncompressed FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders to your StrikeFighter2 mod folder. Don't forget to back up before loading any mods!
My StrikeFighter2 mod on Win10 64-bit was..(yours may be different)...

3) To uninstall, delete the folders updated by this mod and copy (rename) your backed up folder to FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA.

So, I do a lot of mod testing, I hate testing a new mod on an existing install I play on, so I have a dedicated install using the Nellis Terrain pack for testing new mods. This is the menu screens I use for that install. However, you can use these screens for any SF2 series if you like.
1) Creating a new mod install...First, you need to create a new Tester Mod game and folder. You can use any SF2 Series Game as a base. In your install folder (the merged Thirdwire folder), copy and renamed "StrikeFighter2 Europe" (exe and ini file) to "StrikeFighter2 Area51" (I used "StrikeFighter2 Europe" for my tester base - you don't have to). Run it to create the "Saved Game" mod folder.
2) Unzip and copy the uncompressed FLIGHT, MENU and PILOTDATA folders from this package to your new StrikeFighter2 mod folder.
My StrikeFighter2 mod folder on Win7 64-bit was..(yours may be different)...
C:\Users\<your_id>\Saved Games\Thirdwire\StrikeFighter2 Area51\
3) To remove the new mod folder, just delete it and you're done. If you want to reset your tester install, rerun "StrikeFighter2 Area51" and copy the menus back into the reset mod folder.
4) Test more mods in a new clean tester install...

This mod contains "fly-able" F-15C "Aggressors" from the "Red Flag Nellis AFB Pack". I intended this pack to be an expansion to FastCargo's (Excellent) F-15 Super Pack, but while I was testing the pack, it evolved into a fully contained stand-alone pack. However, let there be no doubt that this pack could not have been possible without foundation laid out by FastCargo and the people in his "Credits" list.

This mod is NOT compatible with the "Red Flag Nellis AFB Pack". These planes are already installed in that pack as AI Enemies. If you install these F-15s into the "Red Flag" pack, the F-15C Aggressors will switch sides to become "friendlies" as the Nation will switch back to "USAF" from "AGRS". Unless that is what you want to do, I don't recommend installing these F-15s into that pack. Unless you want to fly these Aggressors against the other Aggressors in that pack.

This pack includes F-15c with 10 different paint schemes. These are NOT accurate (for the purists out there), but close enough. See pix on the download page. This is full (self contained) pack with Hangars, loading and other screens. It should work in any SF2 installs that support the F-15s.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The default sizes of the skins are in 4096 resolution. It may strain some slower systems, If you experience performance issues, I included some 2048 resolution skins in the "Extra" folder. See the installation section for more info.

To Install,
1) Back up your current mod folder, incase you want to go back to your original configuration.
2) Copy the un-compressed contents of the "To_Mod_Folder" into your SF2 Mod folder. Over-write any conflicts.
3) Go fly...
NOTE: If the default 4096 skin resolution is too much for your computer, copy the contents of the "\Extras\2048_Skins\To_Mod_Folder" to your SF2 mod folder and Over-write.

This is an add-on skin so you will need the Lockheed U-2A Pack Released by Wrench installed first. You can download that "gem" here...

While I was creating my own Hangar and Loading screens, I noticed most of the U2s in the pix were black. So I changed one of the skins to black. I didn't just darken the skin, I recreated each panel to retain the detail and quality of the original. Optional Hangar and Loading screens are included.
Also available in this pack is an optional U2 (modified A12) Pilot in orange flight suit. To use this pilot, you will have to change the [Pilot] section of the "U-2_DATA.INI" file to use the "PilotModelName=U2PilotLate"...
This is a new skin, so there should be no conflicts...but I recommend that you back up your mod folder just in case.
* To install, simply unzip and copy the contents of the "To_Mod_Folder" folder to your StrikeFighter2 mod folder you have installed Wrech's pack to and Overwrite (if needed).

This mod includes additional C-130 or other cargo plane pilots. Not sure where the base pilot I modded came from, I think I got the pilot from a different mod. If anyone knows, please drop me a line so I can properly credit the creator of the LOD file.
To use the pilots, please add them to your "Pilots" folder and update your "<plane>DATA.INI" file's "Crew" section to display them in your planes.
