Orsin, all he tods that have "J" in their name, cover the forests tiles, and their transitions.
I.e GermanyJ1.tod, corresponding to GermanyJ1.bmp is one of forest tiles, while GermanyGJ75B.tod (and GermanyGJ75B.bmp) is 75% fields (G) to forests (J) transition.
Also there are so called 3-way transitions, like GermanyGJ-R, being farms and forests on the left (GJ) transiting to the grasslands ® on the right of the tile.
Plus all the roads, rivers, sea and so on, all that have Germany*J*.tod in their name, covers the woods areas.
