Hello everyone, I'm new to IL2, Have the IL2 Forgotten Battles, what's the latest patch to this version? I could only find 1.21, are newer ones available?

Damn, I couldn't hesitate more. Downloading SF2 now. First Eagles Gold too. Supporting TK and Thirdwire makes one feel better, that's sure (ok, I can't stand the old Scooter pits anymore after seeing the new ones )

I'll post it here. As you know, currently when Hurri or Spit pilot bails out, whole cockpit compartment falls off, leaving big hole in the fuselage. A bit ugly if you ask me. So here's little ini tweak, that fixes this. If it was posted somewhere earlier, sorry, I haven't checked. So open your Hurricane (1, 2A, 2B or 2C) or Spitfire (1A, 2A) _data.ini, and change under [Pilot] tab: for Hurricanes: CanopyNodeName=CanopyFrame for Spitfires: CanopyNodeName=Canopy Previously it was set as "cockpit", detaching whole part, now should look better. BTW Happy New Year!

BOB2 is the way to go, especially with 2.08 or 2.09 patches. Sturmovik (FB) has great variety of planes, nice scenery, but somehow plastic feel and cheating AI.

Looks good Jan! You can safely go up to 600 - 700 objects per tile, as I did for Green Hell 2, the limit is 999 objects per tile, no matter alpha or solid. FE tiles are 500x500, right? WoX are 2x2 kilometers usually.
