Sure. But you have to copy the specific files (textures+inis) into the terrain folder you would like to implement them. Add them to the types.ini and place them. -

Yes and giving such an important part to a person which has not really experiences in SF2 modding makes no sence. For something like that a huge experience & knowledge in SF2 modding is needet.

Stary made some very accurate mountain titles for the Formosa terrain. they looy very stunning. maybe a lil bit to play with / integrate?
