Exellent link, there are plenty of typhoon pics as you say, all I need to find now are more cockpit shots, espetially of the HUD fired up, at the moment I am making it up as I go along with just a very grainy picture as reference.

 

I also need a good shot of a 17 squadron tail, the armoured glove in the squadron badge is very different from the one on the tail art.

I got that pic, it seems to be the best one so far but I was hoping for a close shot, the shields are quite big on the tail and a roughly made up one will look terrible.

Initially I am making a RAF skin, with decals for the 4 squadrons using typhoon, I may put a couple of the development aircraft skins in too (I liked that sexy black scheme), my talents are limited and I havent decided whether I will do any Italian, German or Spanish skins (though I would like to) There are some very talented skinners out there who could do some real justice to it.

Well what you found I believe is the HUD turned off. And it may take a while (up to a year) but I know a guy who has been to bases with the Typhoon. He has said that he's seen some stuff he can't announce on it so he might have some good pictures or atleast good details of it.

I would go with a hud we already have and switch to a better one when the info becomes unclasified. I looked myself and can't find anything

I'm talking about the game (forgot to mention that) Super EF2000 ( http://www.the-underdogs.info/game.php?name=Super+EF2000 ).

If the HUD of the real Typhoon is nowhere to be seen, than the one from the game could be used.

I think that's flight sim. The hud does look pretty good.

Yes, that is the alphasim typhoon I think, I don't think it represents the real hud very well, there is a video on youtube I am using to get some detail on the hud, I think the hud the previous sim super ef-2000 is closer to the real one.

 

I am going on a short vacation, so for the next week I don't have to touch an aircraft (real or sim) and just sit back in a hot tub with some booze...aaahhhhh!
