Thoughts and prayers for the family and service members involved. yes it is... but with a lot of improvements over the years the names of the pilots were already released.. the cadet was promoted to 2Lt. the inctructor is a Captain with combat flying experience (i think i heard it was on an F-16) the invastigation already began but they think it's was a pilot error Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
