When i look at the background and refer to the roof on the right side, it would be possible to take a capture from different angle, but it looks like this view was taken by purpose to hide details... Starting from first principle, its a museam, so what would a museam have? It doesn't seem that large. To scale this, Amof mentioned the roof on the right. The wall on the left is interesting. I'll guess ( ) its wooden, vertical 4x6 so horizontal 2x10, ah guessing? The four arrows; assume one arrow is washed out in sun glare. I guess its metal. Steel or alum? Or titanium if Soviet sub? But its seems small. I almost thought shuttle external tank, but this may be too small, and not sharp or pointy enough at the nose.
