I lost count of how many times I heard whining back in AWACS about being the SOF. I even had one Major say "But I dont wanna be the SOF!" The Squadron CC told him to put his big boy flight suit on and head to the tower. We fell out after that. It was hilarious.

The Motorpool Chief asked the SOF if they'd been checking the oil in the SOF truck. "Sure have Chief, every day". "Then tell me Major (who happened to be SOF that day), how did the ******* bird nest full of hatched eggs get under the hood?" True story.
