I know that the Sabre segment of Great Planes dates back to the 1980s....I remember seeing it while on a Winter's vacation in the Florida Keys, circa 1988.

no, only Victorious class CVs (available in the 9 Carriers Pak,iirc)

Probably a better fit using the Albion/Bulwark or any other Majestic/Collosus class ships. IIRC the Sea Fury conducted its deck landing trials aboard HMS Victorious, however that would have been in her imediate post war axial deck configuration. By the time she was refitted as seen in Hinch's model the Sea Furies were gone.

Hey guys.  I just downloaded everything linked in this thread to build a KAW install.  Is there anything that's been released since that I might be missing?

 

Also, any good suggestions for how to make my install KAW only?  Can I delete unwanted aircraft and ground objects after I run the .exe and then drop in all the KAW files?

since the terrain has a 100 year span, I'd leave EVERYTHING alone. That's what I did with mine.

 

Also, use SF2NA exe as the 'build from", as you'll need the 'carrier coding'

Wrench, can you point me to a map of Korea that uses city/location names that match what you used in the targets.ini file?  

 

I'm going to try to create a campaign with a ground war (probably using this as a starting point http://combatace.com/topic/76391-campaign-for-kaw/).  I found some maps online and started mapping out nodes but I found that a lot of the city names were not in targets.ini.  I'm guessing names have changed over time, and I want to make sure I'm starting on the same page as your targets.ini file.

what about using Gerwin's TFD tool??? SHows all the  target areas (btw, Chosin Resivour is in the wrong place! I placed it too far south and east. But can't change it now!)
