Brain, Battle of Britain is in the works, but I'm really hating anything terrains-related to the point of getting seizures anytime I open tile in photoshop, I promised to Arthur66 smaller trees for Korea set but launching TE gives me itchy rash. Ok, I might have exagerrated a bit. But when I see what other guys did to IL2 with that enigne... man! I'd gladly hire some programmer to do me custom TODs creation tool together with 3D to TOD format converter so we could have real buildings 1

The stock Mig-23 line up in Iraq dressing for example and the Mirage F-1 divided by serie with all decals done .... I love this scenario and I remember I talked to Kevin about it for adding some bases ...

Stary Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Centurion, looks very good, one advice, try making the mountains, oh the whole set in general -slightly darker and with greater contrast (use curves! standard contrast isn't producing the same shade on different tiles!) -desaturate the tiles, will look better from higher air also try adding tile-specific heightmaps to displace mountains a little more, check my Israeli or Germany sets for how it's done

Here is what I have come up with so far, so comment please before i start redoing the transitions? The problem is that Google earth gives a very different picture compared to photos of the region. Here are some reference photos of the Zagros mountains, compared with my screenshots.
