(TMF) E-3D SENTRY AEW.1 MOD by PeacePuma Production aircraft for the RAF according to E-3C standard with CFM56 engines and British modifications designated Sentry AEW.1, there were 7 aircraft built. Modifications included the addition of a refueling probe alongside the existing boom AAR receptacle, CFM-56 engines, wingtip ESM pods, an improved maritime surveillance capability (MSC) offering marine scan processing (MSSP), JTIDS and Havequick 2 radios. The last 2 E-3D Sentry AEW.1 were recently transferred from the RAF to the Chilean Air Force where they will continue to serve as the only platform of its kind in Latin America.
