THanks guys, if all goes well you wont have to wait much longer! Does anyone have a Martin Baker Mk4 and/or Mk10 model in max they'd be willing to share? For the cockpit, obviously.. Also regarding the legs in cockpit, what do you think? Keep or remove (if keep I will work on them to look better)? -

No I don't think so, the angle of attack box is the large tape on the left side of the hud, the g meter is on the right. But that small counter is not known to me.. I don't know what those wires that frame the canopy are but I added them and some more OCD details: I am now 98% done with the cockpit, jay! Celebratory music: -

I am glad that you like it! Here is another update, there is light in the end of the tunnel This is brightened a tad to make it easier to see. Also I need help identifying what this weird counter is on the gunsight/hud. -
Well that does sound like a very reasonable approach! Anyways, can't wait to try the new Su-20!

Yes, of all the SF1 era model I think this is one of the best. Sure, it wouldn't hurt from a few polys here and there but overall I think it is looking good! Do you have all these source models Martin?

Q: Isn't the current avaliable Su-17/22 actually a rather accurate Su-22M4? I am referring to this model: http://combatace.com/files/file/13830-sukhoi-su-1722m4-fitter-k/

Complete and utter asshattery if you ask me. To the point that I've never even bothered to try to get access. Why would anyone make something for free and then limit who can download it? -
View File F-105D PSD Layered Templates for SF2 These are layered Photoshop templates for the stock Thirdwire F-105D sized 1024x1024. These are made partially by hand and partially by superimposing modified stock USAF silver textures, so the overall detail is 99% of the default skins + a little extra in the form of new paint chips and weathering. Credits: Me Ludo M.54 for initial work (rivets and panel lines) To be noted i use blending effects to achieve uniform colors a lot so if some layer does not change color if you try a hue/saturation change, that's why. So go instead to Blending options and color overlay. I use this to achieve uniform coloring on all textures. Have fun! Submitter Centurion-1 Submitted 06/02/2013 Category Skin Templates

I had originally decided against showing more unfinished cockpit stuff but since I might not finish it anyway this weekend I thought I'd show what I've got so far. As you can see there are much more details added to the side panels and framework (currently all the solid dark grey areas are untextured..) as well as about 100 small misc tweaks and fixes. Oh and stick and throttle too- 696 replies
