As much as I hated to remove it, It's sucked 4GB outta my TeamODB site in a matter of 6-8 hours....which equates to about 80% of my bandwidth allowance for the month. I'd be glad to make it available if someone is willing to host it. Anyone with a larger wallet or a better bandwidth then my own. I'm even looking into a few other web hosts that can provide my TeamODB site with better service for my dollar. Once again, my apologies to those that didn't get to see it. Cheers! Fates

I think the F-14 is in progress but not on the HIGH PRIORITY list. With Landable Carriers still be worked on, many of the modders are working hard towards aircraft that are closer to the Original game era.

SCHWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been having a blast with this demo. This Drill Instructor tears into ya pretty quick when ya screw up! The game reminds me of something between HALO and Starwars: Phantom Menace. The visuals and audios are just great. I run the Saitek X-45 with Xp and no-probs. It's a good stick...but not a GREAT stick. IMHO. I'm 100% behind the throttle part of it, but the joystick part really needs a whole lotta work. There are a few new joysticks from Saitek that are much better, but if your looking for a FLIGHT SIM oriented stick...well....that's the X45: The new software is great. My biggest beef with the stick is the racheting effect I get with the joystick portion. There is virtually NO tension on the stick, much stiffer springs are required, and the plastic to plastic design of the base is pretty poor. I've made a comfort MOD for mine since I don't think the original version is comfortable at all: Anyway....I prefer my Logitech Digital Extreme...but I'd love to have a throttle to go with it. I'm just saving money for a Cougar Hotas from Thrustmaster. Cheers! Fates

Redburn.... I'll post my Saitek profile for SFP1 here on this thread when I get home from work today. I have everything set up on the controller IN GAME except for my "PUSH TO TALK" button.. I use Teamspeak and RW and I use the SCROLL-LOCK key for my PTT. I then map that with the Saitek Profiler. I'll post again soon. Fates

Fallen Angel, The game is still played quite often. The majority of play has been offline singleplayer action. The biggest reason for the lack of multiplayer online gaming is the Crash-To-Desktop. Many issues were solved with Patch 1, but there are still issues with multiplayer CTD's and other bugs. These bugs are currently being tested by the Beta Team and work continues to release Patch 2. Many have been playing online MP using Hyperlobby. This is free software that allows users to connect to each other for online gaming. Gamespy is used as well, but not prefered amongst online virtual pilots. The missions were ok with the game release, but I think more attention was put into other areas. Since the game has great moddability, there have been several new campaign releases that are absolutly fabulous. You can check out the downloads section for many of the campaigns and new aircraft. Storm: Couldn't agree with you more. As I stated, I think they are WAY to dark, thus not blending in well. I should have rephrased my statement originally to say NOT VERY. I don't like the uniform, and personally I can understand why you and others don't as well. As far as the "THEY ARE WELCOMING THE CHANGE", well that came from the af.mil sight...so probably just propaganda. Fates

Hey, what about including WWI aircraft. we've already seen some WW2 planes. Or better yet, we could do a Starwars add-on. The desert terrain is much like that of the starwars planet. Cheers Fates

Blue-Grey is VERY profile when many of the men and woman of the USAF work around a cement/concrete/asphalt runways and such... I think they are too dark though. Personally I don't like the uniform at all. However, I'm hearing that the men and woman of the USAF are welcoming the change. Fates
