Step to the Ladder and throw the case in close the canopy and buckle yourself in Master switch on, and wait for N1, add the igniters and turn the fuel on. Release the brakes and check them again, then radio ground for the sortie to begin. End of the runway, all equipment is armed, put a beer in the cupholder and twist the cap off. Power Levers foward and AB at full, tilt the beer foward so your sure it won't spill. One after another until you reach the fight, then one for your wingman as you keep him in sight. You roll to the left as your bogey closes near, then you reach in the back to get another cold beer. He closes at speeds incredibly unreal, but you've left your mind behind all this spiel. He rolls to the left then he rolls to the right, and as drunk as you are, you still keep him in sight. You finally close and with weapons fully armed, you forget about missles and bank on your guns. You pull the trigger as the bandit draws near, then you smile as the smoke erupts, and you cheer. You return to your base with the glory you deserve, but much of that seems mute when the mechanics have finished your beer reserve. You kick the tires and say "thank-you" for another good fight, as you pray for your commander to buy the beer at the O-club that night. And while you sleep in your warm little bed, the mechanics are painting another Mig on your ride. I believe that it was mentioned in the LOMAC forums over at UBISoft that the aircraft were "NATO" planes and that you would be able to choose a Native Country and Rank/Insignia would be appropriate for that country. I think it may be a question of which NATO countries would be listed. But a more in depth search of the Ubi Forum may yeild a more correct answer. Fates

Boxboy, I have virtually the identical system except the following: 1 Gig DDR 2700 AMD 2400 CPU 40GB WD and I've Got the 9700 PRo All-in-Wonder I had some lockup issues at first with the Walmart release....but they were mostly associated with multiplayer. Did you purchase the CD from Walmart? If this is true, you may need contact Strategy First and have them send you a new one...and then install the service pack 1 on top of it. Walmart was suppose to remove all those CD from service, I think ....but you never know Here's what I would try: Uninstall the game Reinstall the CD only....NO patch Test for lockups You may have received the Patch file and it was corrupt for some reason. I just got back from yet another week of babysitting another one of my Learjets, and I was curious as to how many members here work on, past or present any Military/Civilian aircraft, what type, and if they may have a Hanger Story to tell. Every time I see some new screens, my jaw drops....but I still find a little room to ask the LOMAC dev team a few questions. For Instance: I realize the F-18 is a non-flyable and many regret that, but when I'm flying my Mig-29 and an F-18 is inverted above me in will there be a visual on the pilot? I don't see a pilot in that 2nd pic, not that it's needed, but it would give the fight sequence with AI aircraft a little more believability. Fates
