tail extension is a MAD probe? Possibly a Nimrod?

problems usually come when a mod calls for a file that isn't there - e.g. the Desert terrain. It's kind of complicated at the moment because Sp4 & it's changes to the file structure means that many old mods no longer install & work simply but require some editing whilst their creators update them..

Just bear in mind that that demo build is several major patches behind.

Pilot error - the RAF board of inquiry established that the pilot hadaccidentally operated the controls for throttle and nozzle direction lever at the same time causing it to drop like a stone. Changes in pilot training were recommended.

Most mods are compatible across the whole series of Third Wire sims. 1 thing to watch with WOV though is the date range of aircraft. This has all been covered before several times in both the forums & the stickies here (at the top of http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showforum=28). & I would consider it a favour if you would lay off the txt spk ;)

what timeframe? you could contact the squadron associations to see if they can provide photos.

the file isn't hosted on our server but on the author's. I've sent him an email asking him to either upload it to our server or put the password in the file info. -

There's a Flanker coming & I think that the same person may have started a Gripen (there's a Typhoon coming too iirc). & the SF series has chaff, flares & ECM modelled - indeed Stealth as well is possible.

As you can see I didn't have a problem but he never replied to any of my questions or posted in the forum at all afaik. Can you teach him how to use a forum & PM then (oh & a keyboard Caps Lock button )?

the F-104 saw little service in Vietnam but there are also apparently licencing issues with Lockheed. There is an F-104G for SFG that I understand may also be used in WOV with a bit of work. Afaik WOE covers '56-85.

OK WEASEL, why do you keep using the "Report" button instead of the "Reply"? As it is I keep getting a personal message instead of your reply appearing in the thread. Unless there is a problem with the board software that nobody else has?
