I am not sure why that isnt working but my AIM-7's work fine. Maybe the drop tanks didnt make it this wep pack. I would just add them myself if I were you.

I took the winders off the F-105 because I have data where they were lacking them to save weight for bigger loads over Cuba. The USAF theory at the time was that with all the fighter cover they were going to have over Cuba that the strike fighters would not of been bothered by enemy fighters. None one has made dual rails yet for F-105.

The game will randomly assign those weapon systems in single mission mode based off the year you set. So you can't really do anything about it unless you make your own missions and or set them up in a campaign.
