It looks like we've only got the USS Tarawa available, which was decommissioned in March 2009, but I think there are others in the class operational. Patriot Games had loads of geographical errors. There was quite a big thing made of it in the reviews when it came out at the cinema over here. These are just a couple from imdb: Errors in geography: Dennis Cooley runs out of his bookshop in the Burlington Arcade and into a tube station at Aldwych, a mile away. Errors in geography: Sean Miller is transferred from a prison in Southwark (in London) to the high security unit on the Isle of Wight. This would involve a land journey of 50 miles to the southwest, then a ferry across the Solent. However, the ambush is depicted as occurring at the Middlesbrough moving bridge, 200 miles north of London; and in later dialogue it's said to have been in Kent near the Channel, which would be southeast of London and at least 70 miles from the Isle of Wight ferry routes.

All I've done is to re-format them for SF\WOV\WOE and add a textureSet to each skin. Not all of the countries for which we have skins are included in the standard NATIONS.ini list, so I've left those as Soviet. It doesn't make any difference to the skins' appearance as there are no decals to worry about. If you have the New Nations mod that includes these missing countries then feel free to modify the relevant TextureSet. All you need to do is to extract the skin to your Objects\Aircraft\Mi-24 folder, then go fly and blow up some stuff. Thanks must go to the A Team for making the Mi-24 for SF\WOV\WOE, Tim Conrad for the original Mi-24V, and of course TK for giving us these great sims to play with. This skin is based on SteveB's excellent textures and converted with his kind permission.
