    depends on who your talking to. given the military nature of the game, grid would probably be better. you'd be looked at might strange for a few moments if you said map square in the US Army. probably followed by a lecture on terminology while youre in the push up position

    started off promising. but only got two of a half dozen nose arts for this squadron (circa 1987)

    have them on constantly (anytime the aircraft is drawing power basically) but set low enough brightness to be unnoticeable in daylight would be my thought but i also thought setting them up as part of the model (rather than as system in data.ini) did that

    my links are to joe baughers site. first is direct to search engine, the second was results of a UH-60L search to show EricJ that Army birds can be found personally i find it most useful for confirming losses, modifications and retirement dates. unit assignment info on there is ..... abit trickier

    well i do have every A and C model (as well as the corresponding two holers) dialed in. it was just a handier transition to the Block 25s at teh moment the funky boss tails was a Germany thing, looking at Hahn and Ramstein... (coming soon. ish)

    17th Air Force, having to be difficult. cant just shadow the tail code letters like everyone else. oh no. i will have to do the tails as decals for this and the 86th. how ever will i manage?

    it'll probably get a little smaller, but its been fun dancing it around base on one pic, just to see how it is on another bird. just trying to average it out and fit the model to boot (i now know why decal sheets specify specific kits they were developed for!) the other fun is getting the tail decal together. 313th will have the wing king, which is totally different than any other tail. so its markings wont be on skin.....
