View File Civil Sabres: CL-13s of Flight Systems Incorporated Civil Sabres: CL-13s of Flight Systems Incorporated This mod highlights the target tugs of Flight Systems Incorporated (FSI). FSI provided target dart towing services for various 12th Air Force units west of the Mississippi River in the late 1970s through late 1980s. They also had a detachment operating out of Kadena AB and providing the same service for Japan and Korea based units. This mod also include a bare metal skin without Tracor marking for anyone that wants to try their hand at skinning some warbirds. Many of the Sabres on the airshow circuit have been and still are Canadair rather than North American Included new aircraft via ini edit (but with Mk6 Sabre models and skin templates 4 skins (2 white and 2 bare metal), tgas for FSI aircraft, Installation unzip, add contents of "2 mod folder" to install of your choice Note As a "civil" aircraft I took most of the offensive capability off this aircraft. Gun ammo dropped to zero, rocket pod stations removed. The real life aircraft pulled a target dart through the sky to be shot at. For in game, you play the part of the rabbit, aiming to overfly a point on the map without being shot down. But I did leave the bomb and Sidewinder stations on. I figure the Kadena birds might have had a point defense commitment if the balloon had gone up, and the ability to carry two M117s and drop is still fun. But this aircraft was not meant for combat action IRL or in game. It is not my responsibility if you get shot down in game because you forgot this isn't the Yalu in 1953!!! Credits Zurawski - pit ravenclaw_007 - model and skin temps. see below for original Mk 6 readme as pulled from Combatace.com daddyairplanes - skins, research, tgas, ini work, adjusted CL13Bs fake pilot to fit white civil aircraft rather than camo mil jets I hope that you enjoy this mod as much as I enjoyed making it Kevin Unruh aka daddyairplanes Submitter daddyairplanes Submitted 08/21/2026 Category F-86

daddyairplanes replied to Vittorio43's topic in General Discussion
place aint that bad i've only been banned twice from there. although i do feel compelled to double check my pockets on leaving..... serious advice, plan to take a couple of days to get it. my first banishment was for getting one of the campaigns, all parts in one day -
been partial to the C-17 and A-10 myself might be because the Moose carried me out of the CENTCOM AOR three times, and i have in fact heard/felt the holy brrrt from the heavens while at KAF....

Does the Wings over Korea mod work with other mods?

well, if you change your mind, thats the beauty of SF2. it can be tinkered with seven ways to Sunday for those watching since the show began (and those just getting started), we are pretty supportive of folks trying to learn all the different aspects of modding and helping you to figure out issues as you go along -

all the old mega mods save ODS need one. especially since ODS30AE are you volunteering? -
not gonna lie, its literally about that stipend check, and using a bennie Uncle Sam owes me anyhow before its expired (post 911 expires 15 years after you last leave active duty) as im going through it, massive studio layoffs, tendencies to either have the 3d modeler make the texures or have AI do it , and me being in spittin distance of my 50th bday when i graduate have it stacked against me for this being useful in industry job status. but it has given me new ideas on other things to do. plus the 2200 a month stipend sees me through any hardships about the classes

it sort of reminds me my last few years in the Army. except when privates made me feel old i could just glare and say "At ease you". i know im older than everyone around me (so far there has been literaly 1, one person older than me students or faculty). but im gettin paid (post 9/11 GI Bill) and learnin new shit.

i have had classmates talk about, in front of me, about the late 1900s. as in discussing Nirvana, Clinton, OJ Simpson etc. i usually just keep quiet.
-
at last check youre a 1970s baby too curse you for saying "1900s" and the 90's were only 10 years ago

welll ooof i constantly amaze gas station attendants by figuring out how much is left out of 20 or 30 when i get my water and smokes, and tell them the remaining amount thats going in the gas tank they ask how i can do that in my head, i tell them i went to public school when it was still worth a damn but im quite certain you went to public school well before i did. (not changing my story for the gas station folks tho )

general best advice is to have a seperate install/exe for each mega mod like Korea or NATO Fighters if you are rocking the old way, with installs for each of SF2, Vietnam, Europe, Israel, North Atlantic and the two expansion packs, that seven installs alone that you can tweak im not sure how it goes for the all inclusive pack, but imagine that it would not be too hard to set up multiple installs from that as well -
-
-
you can either set it up in mission editor (if you have complete edition or at least Expansion pack 2) or just go in the roster in the hangar screen and reduce the number of folks in your flight
-
they were also an A-37B unit in the 1970s. FAC and Special Operations mission sets at rates of progress, you'll probably have them a home before i have them painted up and needing one....
-
are those Nuclear Falcons? has NightshadeP/R kidnapped you? nuke two bears for yes......
-
yes to the first, no to the second

somewhere on site or on his drives, i'll bet @ravenclaw_007 has what youre looking for all ready set up. historical nitpick: Sparrows would have been too big and heavy to double up like that. the Navy mounted them on the inboard pylons once in a blue moon (sans Winders) but i dont think the USAF ever did with their style pylons. BUT...... the Shrike was made from the Sparrow body, so singular Sparrows should be able to mount on with the ARM pylon rail (possibly already on the model) could give a best load out of 7 Sparrows and 4 Winders (plus ECM and centerline tank)
