  1. Well I'm sure you can afford VBS4, that is like the Arma engine with world locations if my mind serves me right. But as for me I'm slowly getting into the "just fly around" phase of light simming. I've done combat sims for over 20 years, and sometimes it's nice to enjoy the scenery sometimes too. I do play Arma 3 and I do transport helo stuff, and that gets me shot at and stuff, so that's about as far as it goes. For MSFS 2024 it's just something to look at the world from the comfort of my apartment. But, it would nice to hang some ordnance on the Super Hornet though, it's too clean.
  2. No problem, I figured since it was a major flight sim game, that it deserved it's own thread for videos.
  3. Well all this happiness makes me happy, it's good to be happy for a change.
  4. No problem!
  5. I guess, unless the OP wants recommendations or something, which may be what he/she wanted, but there's a plethora of jet mods and the only one I'm waiting for is Peral to redo the Super Hornet so I can include it on missions.
  6. You gotta wait less than 30 days, or buy a subscription to download stuff, so you gotta wait for a while.
  7. Been working on some Flanker562 Helicopter Pack stuff, mainly the TF562 units, and adding preview images (the stuff you see in the Mission Editor) for the helicopters in the pack at least. I may work on the other helicopters for a touch of class (I guess) for the mod, but it's not oriented like the BIS stuff, so it's there, it took a long time to get the images sized and so on, so I don't feel like changing it to suit somebody who might complain. Anyway have a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays (whichever you prefer) as I'm taking the two days off (I might record but that's separate) and try to chill for a bit.
  8. The 2-4 Cavalry series is my first series, while the others are part of a larger universe. Most stories are standalone, but do follow a chain of events kind of thing, so you can find a book that interests you, but you won't miss much if you do. I'd suggest going to my author page and finding something you like.
  9. "5th Kommando A Walk In The Park" ya está disponible en Draft2Digital: https://books2read.com/u/mgWDGq
  10. Could just be a game thing, or can you adjust the view distance maybe?
  11. Erik or Wrench handles that stuff, but since you mentioned him he can look into it as well.
  12. Ya disponible en Amazon, "5th Kommando A Walk In The Park" está disponible tanto en formato ebook como en audiolibro: https://amzn.to/4qqNE3J
  13. This Mi-8MT MP mission is a test mission for the RKSL MQ-9. I'm not affiliated with RKSL, but I'm thinking of removing the Wipeouts in the MP missions and replacing it with the MQ-9 instead, given the size and scope of the missions. However it may not be worth it on this mission, given the Tigris, but I can easily change the loadout and such but should be fine given that it has Hellfires as default. So if you do subscribe, please let me know what you think and if I should move on to the MQ-9 instead of the Wipeouts: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3629128993
  14. I still see it too, even though I verified my own email again. I think Erik is just keeping it as a global announcement so people will see it still, and probably has no way to disable it for individual users.
  15. Your best bet is the Steam Workshop, there isn't any downloads for Arma 3 really, other than old Arma patches. That and I moved the topic @2874847892
  16. Can't believe a video thread isn't started, anyway:
  17. I modified the original Pilot WY-55 mission, added some things, and still only requires the base game to play: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3628394794
  18. Pilot Ukrainian AFU Mi-8MT (SP): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3628235624
  19. I mean you're not wrong, but it is SF2, so it's like it really doesn't seem wrong also because it is from the game.
  20. I mean there is a mobile phone game as well... Because as DA said, there is no support (and getting a hold of somebody at ThirdWire, I don't know how that goes, because I have zero confidence that I'll get a reply), and if you want a mobile experience, access the Google Play store, etc. Steam Deck is literally not supported, but knock yourself out anyway, it's your time.
