you need to extract that file using the cat extractor - should be instructions in the knowledge base - you need to extract it from object.cat in the pre SF2 games once extracted stick it in objects\weapons and compile it with the correct weps editor

The Shahak should be more manoeuvrable and smoother to fly - but a quote from an IAI test pilot (Assaf Ben-Nun) basically says operationally the extra ton of fuel in the Nesher was much more important than the small performance loss in agility. although the radar is cr*p in the shahak I do find it useful for finding some targets it must be said.
