WW2 Install CTD help!

Hey CA for some reason that I cannot figure out my WW2 install crashes directly to the desktop every single time I hit the Fly! button. This happens with every terrain and every aircraft. I tried creating a new Mods folder that didnt work then tried making a new mods folder with a different exe and that didnt work either, Ive tried reinstalling the Terrains and aircraft all to no avail :( I am out of ideas... does anyone have any? -

Heyo CA! So I bought the RAZBAM A-1 skyraiders for SF2 and did my best to update them to SF2 standards but the AI does odd thing with them... they attack at like 89 knots almost at a stall and that leads to crashes, and when they do pull off an attack without a crash they then always fly out to exactly 4.5 miles away from the target and turn around to reattack, now in game time thats a heck of a long time in a skyraider at 89 knots haha, As a comparison I have noticed that the third wire skyraiders tend to do close to the same thing... anyone have a fix?- 21 replies

B-17/B-24 question about bomb run speed

Hey CA! So I have been playing around with a lot of fun WW2 addons but one thing that I have found that's a little strange is when flying escorts or intercepts on heavy bombers like Flying Fort's or liberators their bomb runs are exceedingly Slllooooowwwww... I just don't think its accurate that a formation of 17's would be Nose high almost at stall speed (like 70knts) while dropping bombs on targets. This also makes escort missions VERY LONG as well haha. This seems to be an issue for any and all SF2 B-17/24's I haven't tried 29's yet. I love the work done on these great models and not trying to belittle anyone's hard work just trying to make it even better! -
Upgraded to windows 10, where do I find old Intel drivers from 2014?

Hey CA! I recently upgraded to windows 10... however the new drivers that were installed makes everything go crazy at unlimited effects option on... everything seems fine when it comes to using SF2 with effects at high or lower. So this makes me think its an issue with the FX files... Does anyone know where to get old drivers for Intel GPU's? I specifically need intel hd 5500 version 10.18.14.4038. I'm not that savvy when It comes to this stuff so any help would be appreciated! Here is a screenshot of what it looks like on unlimited effects- -

I am just starting to get into the modding world, I am trying to put together some F-16 block 60's based off of the Block 60's that were supplied in the War for Israel mod, I was wondering if anyone has a Emerati F-16 skin or would like to build one, I am having trouble with learning how to skin. TMF Tomcat Superpack problems

Hello. I recently downloaded strike fighters 2 Europe along with the TMF superpack (V1.20). I am having issues with the weapons and cockpit. My VDI display appears as a white blank and I cannot use the radar or equip the AIM-54's (only sidewinder's and sparrow's) in the load out screen. Is there a way to fix these issues without downloading sf2:na? Or did I just make a mistake when adding the files to my game? Thanks in advance. -

Can anyone please tell me how to get the Naval object I've built to sit "in" the water rather than on top of it in game? I've tried moving the pivot point in Max and various ini edits but nothing seems to work. Probably something pretty simple I'm mising... Thanks. PS It's a stationary bouy-type thing, so not sure if not having engine and movement stuff in the data.ini makes any differrence? -
Hello! Been flying FE2 ALOT recently. While I'm having a blast, I remember downloading a mod campaign called 'Bloody April 1917' a while back. I found those files, (including the required planes) and promptly installed everything. Now it all works great... except for a few things. First, to anyone who flies the Sopwith Pup/Triplane and Bristol, do you have to push forward with your stick to get the aircraft to take off? I normally only have to apply slight rudder or aileron (sp?) when taking off with the stock planes, but those aformentioned planes simply will not take off unless I lower the nose of the aircraft. Is this intended? I seem to remember Rise of Flight doing something like this, but I have never encountered anything like it in FE2. Second, my guns don't do damage in ANY of the 1917 planes. The Noopie 17, Spad 7, Triplane, and Pup have all done several missions where I got behind my target and was putting out a whole lot of lead... and nothing. The mission results screen always shows something like 600+ fired and ONE hit. :\ I can't figure it out, am I missing some sort of file? The gun does a firing animation, but there are no tracers. Third. Not really sure how to describe this, other then micro-stutter. You see when I get hit in the engine, or my plane stalls, or when I'm firing, my plane starts to stutter around, or 'warp'. Its very odd. Its much more noticeable in third-person. It also occurred when I was trying to take off, and didn't know about putting the aircraft's nose down. I've no idea what to make of it. I'm pretty sure I followed the DL instructions perfectly, but this sure has me stumped. Sticking with the stock campaigns for now, as they run perfectly. :)

Hey folks. Setting up a little website for OFFice/OFFbase/OFFworld so people can download them and such even when the forums are cranky. But I've no talent for visual design and such, and wondered if anyone with such skills would like to volunteer? Siggi? Lou? Anybody else? Wouldn't mind just reusing the layout I built for the old DiD website, designed by Siggi. But I'd need new graphical icons and new header images. You around somewhere, Siggi? Still have the raw banner images without text overlays?
