I was bored with all those standard evil ones Soviet styled and very often "00" sovietnum numbered planes, so I found some camouflages at Wing Palette web site and tried to use for some simple skins with decals, stripes and working numbers.
Here we are: this is the first.
It works in SFP2 too.

PAF F-7P Skybolt Update ver 2.0
Based on the original mod by Bob 'howling1' Hauser, who's original readme is included at the bottom of the document
What I've basically done, is 'rearrange' things to use the latest, patch 4 versions of the 21F lod, and 21F data ini. There still exists the problems aforementioned with the outer pylon not existing, so any and all weapons mounted there will be hanging in the slipstream. It's just something we have to live with until such time as someone releases the F/J-7 series with all 4 wing pylons
== This package is designed to be used ONLY with the latest weapons pak!!! ==
== This package is also set to use the Magoo/Badger Mig-21F cockpit - make sure you have it installed. ==
The cockpit isNOT included!!!
The loadouts have been set for Pakistani weapons; several of which might be new. Please check the 'Loadout Fixes' Thread at the CombatAce Knowledge Base for any further details.
With thanks to howling1, Ghostrider883,and Gramps who started the whole F/J-7 mod frenzy some years ago.
Enjoy

From acig.org:
"Having gained its independence from France only in 1962, Algeria was a completely new appearance in the wars between the Arabs and Israel. The true extension of its participation in specific phases of this conflict remains largely unknown until today.
In 1967 the QJJ was still a young service: the Algerian Air Force was formed only in November 1962 with Soviet and Egyptian help around five MiG-15s, 12 Gomhouriahs supplied from Egypt, and 12 Czech C.11s (Yak-11). After purchasing additional light aircraft and helicopters from the USA and France, in 1963 more combat aircraft were acquired from the USSR again, including 15 MiG-15bis, few MiG-15UTIs, 20 MiG-17Fs, and 12 Il-28s. After a short war with Morocco, in 1963, in 1964 and 1965 even more aircraft were received, including 20 MiG-17Fs, 12 additional Il-28s, and the first eight MiG-19s and six MiG-21F-13s. By June 1967 the Algerians therefore had a fully-developed regiment with three squadrons of MiG-17s, one bomber regiment with two squadrons Il-28s, a mixed fighter squadron with MiG-19s and MiG-21s, one squadron of MiG-15s and a transport regiment with a squadron each of An-12s and Il-14s.
Almost all the Algerian MiG-17s and certainly all MiG-21s were sent to Egypt during the war. Flying via Tunisia and Libya the aircraft – formed into two “large” MiG-17-units, and one MiG-21-unit – they started arriving already on the afternoon of 5 June, although most followed on the following day."
And now, the disclaimer...this skin works fine on my machine, if yours melts, it's not my fault! :P
Enjoy!

Cuban Mig-21 of F-A-R
Most of the fighters of the Yugoslav air force were MIG 21, but did not enter combat with the more modern fighters of the NATO. Even though they were hidden to be kept from ground attacks, many of them were destroyed.
Here is a skin for a Yugoslav MIG 21. I have not found models of MIG 21 bis,, R, K or UM, used by the Yugoslavians. This is to be used with the MIG 21 F from WOV.
Enjoy it
