    1. This is Israeli AF skin for IAI-201 Arava made by Capun.

    2. Cockpit Upgrade for Pako's Fishpots (Su-9A, Su-9B, Su-11) For SF/WoV/WoE/WoI

This semi-inclusive package contains cockpit upgrades and many ini tweeks for the following Sukhoi Fishpots aircraft made by Pasko:

      Su-9A
      Su-9B
      Su-11

It is desinged for use in a post 9/08 or 10/08 game install. These mods should work just as well in a non-patched version, but this has NOT been tested. There may be issues with how the shadows are generated, so the inis supplied here use the OLD style of generating shadows ie: using the ***.shd file that came with the aircraft when released. There MAY still be issues, even with that, so shadows are 'user optional', albeit activated.

Included in the package are complete cockpit folders for all 3 aircraft. (since I'm kinda paranoid about someone =NOT= being able to figure out the same cockpit folder goes in all of them....this removes that possibility). They're the SAME pit all around; I know this increases the download size, but....
The cockpits are Ordway's radar equipped MiG pits, with various very small tweeks (mostly in the metricizing of readouts). They are not perfect matches for the Fishpots, but they're "close enough for gaming purposes". A closer, more accurate pit would be a single engined version of Boopidoo's Su-15 Flagon, but we've been unable to create one.
:IMPORTANT: there is an 'aimpoint' issue with the gunpods used on the Su-11. Please see the reference jpg I've enclosed for the 'visual adjustments' you'll need to make when using these gunpods. More info the "Notes and Other Nonsensical Ramblings Section" below.

Data and Loadout ini tweeks return to the "WP,SOVIET" attachment types, to allow for useage in any Weapons Pak, or none. HOWEVER -- the weapons will still need to be added to your stock WeaponsData.ini (for those NOT using the BunyPak ), or to the TMF Pak. The weapons themselves ARE included, in the new 'seperate folder' format pioneered by The Mirage Factory. This will create a cleaner, more readily accessable /Weapons folder without all them hundreds of loose files floating around.
The naming conventions for the air-to-air missiles has been returned BACK to the stock method (ie: as used by 3rd Wires stock weaponsdata ini, and the TMF's WepPak. Meaning: NATO codes are used for the name; R-3S is the AA-2 Atoll, etc). For those folks still using the Bunyap Pak, and it's naming conventions, loadout inis specifically designed for them are included. They are named "bunypak_***.Loadout.ini, and retain the Soviet naming conventions for the missiles.
Users of other Weapons Paks will have to make the same adjustments; it's a simple text edit in any case.
Mission statements have also been amended, to ONLY Intercept and CAP; these ARE interceptor aircraft, more designed for a 'point defence' type of mission, and do not have any ground attack capabilites.

Where information has been available, or based on 'best guesses' in looking at the aircraft, landing lights have been added, and the running lights upgraded. The Flight Models have not been touched, so be advised in the post patch world of possible handeling issues.

A new, repainted "body.bmp'', with new panel lines and etc, have been included as well. New decals ini for all the Fishpots have been included as well. These have been edited to make use of the new, post-patch Blue Bort numbers. Agaim. more info is available in the "Notes and Other Nosensical Ramblings Section" below.

Also included are the MiG RWR sounds (just in case you don't have them), and a couple of engine wavs. NEW damage tgas are included.

Obviously, you'll need all these birds to install this package too. They're available at Column5's site, and (hopefully!) at Pasko's. If you can't find them there, they are also be availabe at CombatAce, 'way at the end of the "Cold War Aircraft: Soviet Aircraft and Variants". Look on the last page, and you'll find them.

-This mod has NOT been tested in SF2 -- as I don't have it. Any attempts to add these aircraft, you're on your own! I'd reccomend NOT adding them to SF2, until such time as, or if, a new cat extractor becomes available, and the SF2 series weapons editor appears. Otherwise, you can't add anything...

It is HIGHLY reccomended you read the enclosed readme ALL the way through before installing this pak...that'll get you familiar with the proceedures and lowers the risk of mistakes and errors....

      Happy Landings!!

      Tested on SFP1+sp051506+p080306+MOD Falkland/Malvinas

The pack include four different version of the same schemme. Due to the lack of photographic material, it was very difficult to get the real color so we've decided to include different version and let the choice to the final user.

    8. The British Starstreak SAM and the Alvis Stormer HVM launcher.

Starstreak is a British short range surface-to-air missile manufactured by Thales Air Defence Limited (originally Shorts Missile Systems), in Belfast. It is also known as Starstreak HVM where HVM stands for "High Velocity Missile". After launch the missile accelerates to approximately Mach 3.5, at which point it launches three laser beam riding submunitions. The use of three submunitions increases the likelihood of a successful hit on the target. Starstreak has been in service with the British Army since 1997.
      (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starstreak_missile)

Now in version V1.1 with some small corrections:
+ The optronics turret does not "crash" into the missile turret anymore.
+ The visual detection range has been somewhat bettered.
+ The thrust curve of the missile has been tweaked to improve the Pk.
+ The seeker FOV has been enlarged to ensure more frequent engagements in high angular velocity conditions.

    9. Cockpit Upgrade for Pako's Yaks (ie: Yak Pak Part 2) For SF/WoV/WoE/WoI

This semi-inclusive package contains cockpit upgrades and many ini tweeks for the following Yaklovev aircraft made by Pasko:

      Yak-28B "Brewer-C"
      Yak-28P "Firebar"

It is desinged for use in a post 9/08 or 10/08 game install. These mods should work just as well in a non-patched version, but this has NOT been tested.

Included in the package are complete cockpit folders for both (since I'm kinda paranoid about someone =NOT= being able to figure out the same cockpit folder goes in all of them....this removes that possibility), that are basically repaints of the stock 3rdWire F-4B/D Phantom, but with lots of changes and stuff. The entire cockpit folder is included, as the F-4B/D exists in all versions of the game, I feel this a pretty safe move. A whole slew of updated/modificated/fiddled with inis are included, Using the "Stargetic Moves Method" pioneered by Lexx_Luthor, and with some repainting and "metricizing" of the readouts, they make a "passable" Soviet-style cockpit. Not perfect, mind you, but "Passable".
The cockpit labeling is still in English, although the measurements themselves are using metric; ie: KMPH, MPS, Meters and KG. I made the assumption that a "Russian" pilot would see the "Russian" labels in Cyrillic; so just pretend you're reading "Russian". Your brain is automatically translating :)

Data and Loadout ini tweeks return the "WP,SOVIET" attachment types, to allow for usege in any Weapons Pak, or none -- HOWEVER -- the weapons will still need to be added to your stock WeaponsData.ini (for those NOT using the BunyPak ), or to the TMF Pak.
Meaning: NATO codes are used for the name; R-3S is the AA-2 Atoll, etc)
Where information has been available, or based on 'best guesses' in looking at the aircraft, landing lights have been added, and the running lights upgraded. The Flight Models have not been touched, so be advised in the post patch world of possible handeling issues. Oddly, the 'auto-speed' canopy seems to be working just the same as pre-patch; so it's been left alone.

The main ini has been left alone i regards to the "Shadow" section. There seems to be some 'issues' with how the game engine creates the 'new style' shadows via the main LOD. Unfortunately, there are no damage tgas yet available. Perhaps I'll do them up someday...

Also included are the MiG RWR sounds, and the "JetEngine2" wavs.

Obviously, you'll need both these birds to install this package too. They're available at Column5's site, and (hopefully!) at Pasko's. They should also be availabe at CombatAce, way at the end of the "Cold War Aircraft: Soviet Aircraft and Variants (with the other Yaks and Sukhoi Fishpots - which are next on the list)

There's a pretty detailed, step-by-step readme enclosed; I'd highly reccomend reading it all the way through before installing the bits and ini, just to familarize yourself with the whole process.

Sorry there's no screenshot, but it's all pretty much the same as Yak Pak #1

      Good Hunting!!

      J-35 history (from internet)

      J 35A
Fighter version, total production: 90. The J 35As were delivered between 1959-1961. The tail section was lengthened after the 66th aircraft to house a new afterburner for additional thrust. This forced the installation of a retractable tail-wheel. The two versions were nicknamed Adam kort (Adam short) and Adam lang (Adam long).
      J 35B
Fighter version, built and delivered between 1962–1963, total production: 73. This variant had improved radar and gun sights, and was also fully integrated into the Swedish STRIL 60 system; a combat guidance and air surveillance system.
      J 35D
Fighter version, delivered between 1963-1964, total production: 120. The aircraft had a new and more powerful Rolls-Royce Avon 300 (RM 6C), which could deliver 77.3 kN thrust when using its afterburner. This was also the fastest Draken version, and capable of accelerating until out of fuel. It was also the last Draken to carry two cannon.
      J 35F
Fighter version, delivered between 1965 and 1972, total production: 230. This variant had improved electronics and avionics, e.g. integrated radar, aim and missile systems. The aircraft's main armament where IR and SARH versions of the Hughes Falcon missile originally intended for the J 35D , but one of the cannon was removed to give space for more avionics. The J 35F2 was a J 35F, produced with a Hughes Aircraft Company N71 infra red sensor, a so-called IR seeker. This was a change in the production line from the no 35501 airframe.
      J 35J
In 1985 the Swedish government decided to modify 54 J 35F2's to J 35J standard. In 1987 12 more modifications where ordered. Between 1987 and 1991, the aircraft were given a longer lifespan, more modern electronics, a modernized cannon, an additional 2 sidewinder pylons under the air intakes and increased fuel capacity. The final operative J 35J flew for the last time in 1999.
      Saab 35BS
Used J 35Bs sold to Finland.
      Saab 35FS
Used J 35Fs sold to Finland.
      Saab 35OE
In the mid 1980s, Saab purchased back 24 J 35D aircraft from the Swedish Air Force and converted them into the J 35O version (also called J 35OE in English literature). These were later exported to Austria.
