Reworked and retextured dirty exhaust emitter. Eliminates the \"flat ribbon\" exhaust look.

Here is the doppler radar facility groundobject and max file of it. Read the Readme, and play away. There are still some model issues, so I will not claim it be 100% finished. (some edges not completely lining up- perfectionist problems) If there are any glaringly obvious problems, let me know! If not enjoy.

This is a model that may be using as terrain building or targetable ground unit , how do you prefer. For Strike Fighters P1 designed.
Let me know about any errors.

There are two objects for map targets ONLY. Detailed installation procedure inside. For Strike Fighters P1, I dont know if these will work with other ThirdWire games.
