    1. Weapons Pack 2.52 by the WO*/SFP1 Community

This is a pack containing, hopefully, a good majority of the weapons out there. All files have been organized into folders, and have included two WeaponData.ini's which are explained in the read me. One is for those that want inert weapons and one is for those that do not want inert weapons.

This is a collaboration by the community. This was really just started to streamline and make the weapons folder nicer. It seems to be becoming more, especially since Krizis is having us include his wonderful new models.

I want to thank the entire community for making this such a wonderful sim, for making new weapons and textures. You are the ones that keep me coming back to these sims!

      *************************Version 2.52***********************************

Fixed the problem, it was about 4-5 different rocket pods that were causing the CTD's

      Enjoy!

      George

Marking Smoke Canisters (Red, Green, Yellow)

Here are some simple marking smoke canisters, defined as GroundObjects, that I have developed from the ideas published at CA by Pappa Goat and Krfrge.

      Acknowledgments
Many thanks to Pappa Goat and Krfrge for sharing their own work and ideas on the CA forums, from which this work is derived.

      Terms and Conditions
This work is published under Fair-Use Terms, as defined at CombatAce.

Installation instructions are included, together with a sample (WOV) mission to test each type of smoke marker and to show how to define their use in single scripted missions.

      Remove 'old' BVP-50-60 at any way: old model is 2 lauchers, new model is separated lod for each lauchers, for accurate CM despense, updated ini for planes included}

KDS-23, KDS-23_(27), BVP-50-60_(27) will are used for mine an MiG-27's (Ver 2.0) when they will be published, different specific codes is very important point: MiG-27 can use KDS-23

dispenser only, but MiG-27M,K use KDS-23, later {after 1982} BVP-50-60, weapons will be AUTOUPDATED by game.

    6. Modern British bombs

Improved textures for the Hunting BL755 cluster bomb and the CPU-123/B Paveway II laser-guided bomb. There's also a version of the Paveway II complete with Desert Storm/Operation 'Granby'-era graffiti, best suited for ODS and/or Iraqi Freedom campaigns/missions.

    8. Weapons Pack for MiG-23/27

      Weapons Pack for MiG-23/27 (Upgated 13.08.2009) {Update: BVP-50-60 texture bug fixed.}

Readme update 14.08.2009: PTB-800 can be download HERE http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...p;showfile=6976

This pack contents New weapons, ini entries, data.ini, loadout tweaks for MiG-23-27 planes series.

Pack will be used for some my new mods.

New data ini, loadout.ini's required, because specific stations codes used for some weapons.

      Notes:

      - Kh-66 can used on MiG-23S only, Mig-23MS can't use Kh-66 and Kh-23

      - in RL Mig-23 palnes can use only 2 R-23(24)R or R-23(24)T on glove stations, R & T can't be used on same time because, need CU change on Radar (used CU N1 for R, or CU N2 for T).

      - CM dispensers used since 1982-83, can be mounted on all 23's

      - MLD has no ECM on RL, ECM pod was build, not for tests only.

      - Early 23's used Dlta control pod (need for use Kh-23) on wing, but since MF,ML used Delta-2NG pod on fusellage station.

      To install

      - open weapondata.ini

      - remove weapons: R-3R,R-13M,R-60M,R-23R,R-23T,R-24R,R-24T,Kh-23**,Kh-25**,Kh-27PS, if exist.

      - copy weapons for weapons folder.

      - click 'Merge' use MiG-23_27_weapons.ini

    9. TIALD 400

GEC Marconi (now Selex-Galileo) TIALD is a second-generation laser designator pod, which initially entered service when it was still in the development stage in the Gulf War in 1991. The success of precision-guided weapons during the War showed there was a greater emphasis on the need to employ such weapons, which led to a requirement for more TIALD pods and for them to be used on a number of different aircraft platforms. The current 400-Series pod is flown on Tornado, Harrier and Jaguar ground-attack aircraft.

This TIALD designator pod is for generic use. With the Harrier GR7 I suggest you to use the one provided in the airplane pack, which has a dedicated pylon.
To install copy the two files in your Objects/Weapons folder and add the following lines to your WEAPONDATA.ini, changing XXX to the first available number in your sequence.

    11. F-14 Tomcat Weapon Rail

    14. WE.177B

Hello, this is a placeholder WE.177B 450KT thermonuclear device for use by RAF aircraft. The WE.177B began life as an interim weapon as a result of the Skybolt fiasco but became the UK's longest serving free fall nuclear bomb. The last remaining ones were retired in 1995 leaving the Senior service as the sole custodians of Britain's nuclear deterrent.

Credits: Whoever made the B-83 nuclear bomb, all credit goes to this person for creating the LOD that I have chosen for this because it has the closest match in shape and size compared to the others. The skin is also a repaint of the original. I assume permission according to the Freeware Licensing agreement at Combat Ace is granted by the creator as this weapon was included in the 331 KillerBee's SFP2 Ordnance Shop, if you know who created it or are the creator please drop me a PM so I can add you to the credits.

Not to be used in payware at all on pain of death.

      Kopis n Xiphos 11th May 2009.

Note: You may have to increase the values in the bomb bay or attachment points to get this to fit, it was carried by Jaguar, Tornado, Vulcan, Victor, Bucaneer and most likely would have been squeezed into the F-111K somehow had we continued with that project.

Edit: File updated to reflect real life service dates, 1966-1995

    16. Weapons Pak for WW2 Installs

      WW2 Weapons Pak: for SF/WoV/WoE

FOR USE -ONLY- IN INSTALLS PATCHED TO 10/2006 LEVELS!!!

Since there seems to have been a small upsurge in interest in WW2-based installs of the 3rd Wire series, and a distinct lack of a 'dedicated' weapons pack for such usage, this is a project that I'd been working on for some time, albeit very slowly.

It is based off the '06 Bunyap Pak, pared down to the bare bone with ALL other weapons removed that have a start date later than 1950. I've tried to include everything I could find that fits this era, and without a doubt probably missed a few. You can search out and add any of the missing items, if any, yourselves. OOTH, I've probably left in a few 'era inappropiate' devices as well. As their service dates are beyond the time limit of WW2, they should create no interferences.

As was with the BunyPak, all the weapons are 'nationalized' to the best of my ability, to the WW2 Nations ini. You'll have the usual suspects, Nazi Germany, Japanese Empire, RAF (ie:UK), France, USAF, USN, etc. Please note that WW2 Italy uses Luftwaffe weapons, as no one has ever created any RA specific types.
It is designed to cover all the WW2 Theaters of Operation: PTO (including Southeast Asia), MTO, ETO (incuding all WW2 Soviet in case the Eastern Front ever open up), and some allied nations, for both sides.

Included is also a GunData.ini and GunData.dat that should contain ALL the guns, from all eras, most expecially all the large caliber naval guns for the battleships and such like.

As always, unzip this to a temp folder somwhere, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for it's instructions. These instructions are CRITICAL to installation, so it's suggested you REALLLLLY read them through.

      Happy Hunting!

    25. Updated USAF F-4 370 gal wing tanks

Updated USAF 370 gal wing tanks for the WOV F-4

This is an update for the 370 gallon wing drop tanks I made for the Wings over Vietnam F-4C/D/E. The tanks are higher polygon versions a bit more accurate in shape and with a few added details. Five versions are supplied - the first three are minor variations of the standard SEA tanks, the other is all olive drab version and the last all white. (Both the latter two were seen on F-4Cs in 1965-1966).

You must be able to use the Weaponeditor to install these tanks. These entries do not overwrite your old tanks, but will overwrite my first version tanks files. I have enclosed an F-4D data.ini as an example if you are still uncertain how to install these - both pre and post-October patch versions are given. The first three tanks are given as selections in the files.
