    3. B-66B Destroyer

The B-66B was developed strictly as a tactical bomber and was the last bomber of this type procured by the USAF. The -B model was based on the RB-66A which was in turn adapted from the US Navy A3D Skywarrior. The B-66B made its first flight on 4 January 1955, about 6 months after the initial flight of the RB-66A. The USAF received its first production aircraft in March 1956 and deliveries continued into 1958.

The B-66B was the first USAF bomber designed with in-flight refueling (IFR) capability, although many (numerically) earlier bombers were fitted with IFR equipment as a retrofit modification or on later models in the development cycle.

A total of 62 B-66B bombers were built. Many -B models were converted to electronic warfare aircraft after their usefulness as bombers was complete. Many of these aircraft, designated as EB-66B or EB-66E, served in Sotheast Asia during the Vietnam war.

      Skins included with the aircraft:

Air Force Flight Test Center ? 1955
      84th Bomb Squadron, 47th Bomb Wing ? 1960
      85th Bomb Squadron, 47th Bomb Wing - 1960
      86th Bomb Squadron, 47th Bomb Wing - 1960

    7. Harrier GR7

The Harrier GR7 is a license-built American-designed AV-8B Harrier II fitted with RAF-specific navigation and defensive systems as well as other changes including additional underwing pylons for Sidewinder missiles. The improved design of the GR7 allows the aircraft to carry twice the load of a GR3 over the same distance or the same load twice the distance. First flight of the Harrier GR7 was in 1989, and deliveries to RAF squadrons began in 1990. A total of 96 aircraft were ordered, including 62 interim GR5s which were later modified to GR7 standard.

      Detailed "readme" file included.

The TIALD pod included in this pack is meant to be used only with this plane.

Just as a reminder, maximum VERTICAL take-off and landIng weight is 18,950 lbs.
If you try to take off vertically with a full load of weapons and fuel, the plane will simply not get airborne and, if you try to land, you'll fall like a brick.
Best vertical landings are performed with a 25% fuel load or less, just experiment to find the right compromise.

    8. Pasko's F-82

As per a request from Buff, this is a .rar of Pasko's F-82 from my Korean War aircraft folder. It contains his original readme, and weapons zip, which (the weapons zip) you probably don't need to use if you have the latest weapons pack working. I have not been able to contact Pasko to get his permission to upload this, so if he sees it and wants it down, down it comes. All I did was squeeze it into a .rar. It is solely the work of Pasko, Gramps, Starfighter, and Wolf257, the people mentioned in the readme. It is their work. I am uploading this solely as a favor to people I consider friends, because we all miss Pasko's site and his wonderful work, but if Pasko, Gramps, Starfighter, or Wolf257 have a problem with this upload, then it will go the way of my last wingman, and disappear into a smoking hole in the ground. Enjoy.

    9. F-86F-30FB 2Sqn SAAF Korea

F-86F-30 Sabre, No.2 Squadron, South African Air Force, Korea, 1953.

No.2 Squadron "The Flying Cheetahs" served throughtout the Korean War, attached to the USAF 18th Fighter-Bomber Wing. Intially flying F-51D Mustangs, they were converted onto Sabres in January 1953.

This is a rebadged stand-alone of the F-86F-30 Sabre contained in the package put together by USAFMTL, David Zurawski, Jimmy Bib, Fubar 512 and Tazkiller; please read the enclosed "Original Read Me" for details of credits. 10. Mirage IIIO

      Mirage IIIO for Strike Fighters

This is a mod of the Mirage Factory's Mirage IIIE, to create the RAAF Mirage IIIO. The Mirage IIIO was a license-built IIIE, configured for Australian conditions. It was the RAAF's first-line fighter from the 1960's until the 1980's (it was sometimes informally rendered as the "III-Oz").

The Mirage was the RAAF's first supersonic aircraft, being selected in November 1960 over the F-104 Starfighter, F-5 Freedom Fighter, the Phantom II and the English Electric Lightning. The Mirage won out on its superior ability to operate from austere airfields, and its multirole capabilities.

The Mirage IIIO FM and screens are by Charles, and it comes with two skins by Gramps, a 75 Sqn 1960's camo scheme and a 3 Sqn 1980's low-vis grey.

Many thanks to the Mirage Factory for creating the Mirage IIIE,on which this mod is based. Please read the ReadMe for full instructions and credits.

    19. Polish Swordfish MiG-21MF

As requested, the Polish MiG-21MF of 3 PLM based at Poznan Krzesiny decorated with this amazing swordfish to celebrate the unit's 45th Anniversary.

I originally did this FOUR years ago (time flies when you're having fun etc), and due to other committments I only had time to update the decals to current standards and sharpen the base Third Wire texture up a bit.

Just paste the Swordfish folder into the Objects/Aircraft/MiG-21MF folder,

      and fly!

    20. MiG-23 "Flogger" fighter series-ini tweaks

This is an "ultimate" tweak of .ini files for entire MiG-23 "Flogger" fighter series (M, MS, MF, ML, MLD) originally made by Rafael in order to bring them closer to real-life performance&behavior in SFP1/WOE (including some avionics tweaks). It also solves the main problem of too low sea-level speed and "jumpy" landing gear (and many bad AI landings, but not all :))

Information is gathered from MiG-23ML/UB manuals, books, writings of former Flogger pilots on forums... should be pretty close to original(s).

There is also a folder containing "spinoff" MiG-23P .ini files, for which use you will need some files from MiG-23ML directory copied (and renamed) there. If you don't wish to use it, simply don't copy the folder and/or pertaining .ini files.

Credits to original authors: Rafael, BPAo, Armourdave, Sal, Gramps, Pasko, Column5, USAFMTL, Crab_02, Sony Tuckson, Phantuam, Marcell, and other authors of original files.

      Special thanks to Fubar!

This is an F-100A brought to D standards. i.e. AN/APR-26(v)/AN/APS-54 tail-warning radar rearward radar warning antenna.(You will have a audible only RWR in the pit) GAR-8/AIM-9B capability. However it still lacked flaps and the refuel probe of the D model.

Skins JSF Aggie based on Boscoe's old work from 4 years ago. Original high res temps by Sundonwer. Thanks for the assist Brian. Had more Hun's to skin than I could keep up with. Thanks to Ant for the excellent temps. Thanks to Sag and MJ for the know how to remove the probe, fix the flaps and the RWR. I did a lot of updating the ini to A standards. And finally you cant have a Hun without Galanti's pit. Drop into you aircraft folder and go fly.

She flies like a wet noddle. But hey, its an A model.

Skins are 2048x2048, not for wimpy crates.

    23. F-104S-ASA-M Starfighter Mods

A Small Modification of Jet-Zs excellent Italian Air Force F-104S-ASA

This is a modification of, like it says in the title, of the F-104S-ASA in the final, pen-ultimate Super Starfighter as used by the Italian Air Force.
It is based on JetZ's work, along with Crab_02 3d modeling to create the weapons pylons and a few other niceties that were needed. In fact, very little of the original data ini has been changed, other than updating the weapons types, and service years, and cockpit tweeks by me. All the rest, is still their work.

This mod/upgrade/tweek package makes use of several items from the stock games...it is MOST important you have the original 3rd Wire stock issue of the F-104G. Many of it's components are used. --PLEASE NOTE: this is not to be used with any of the Starfighters built and released by Ajundair; it is for the stock 3rd Wire 104G -ONLY-!!!!

== THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE AIRCRAFT - YOU WILL NEED THE STOCK 3RD WIRE F-104G TO MAKE USE OF THIS MOD ==

You MUST have the latest weapons pak installed to make use of the pylons/ventral strake kit necessary for your missiles and other neat things!!!

      1) Most important, you'll need to have the stock 3rd Wire F-104G Starfighter, as this is the airframe base. If you don't have it already in game (ie: for WoV*), you can get it at CombatAce or from 3rd Wire's downloads section.

*It should be noted, that in fully patched up versions of ALL the sims - especially WoV- all the needed lods are already in place inside the object.cat.*

      2) You'll need JetZ's really cool "ITLowVis" skin, availabe at his site:

      http://www.12packproductions.com/JetZ/index.html

If you're a Zipper-head, he's got some SUPERB skins there for the 104. I'd also reccomend getting his F-104S, and 104S-ASA, not only to round out the set, but they're nice additions. And the original basis of this work. The lo-vis skin is part of the 104S/S-ASA package, so you might as well get it all, don't ya think????

There are further, fully detailed instructions in the read on how to create the full aircraft -- PLEASE read them!!!

Credits: all credit goes to JetZ and Crab_02 for creating the S and S-ASA version of the Zipper,
TK for giving us the F-104 in the first place, and WoE (where I got the cockpit parts)
I can only take credit for some ini editing, that gives us this last operational, full interceptor version of the Starfighter.

    25. Indian Air Force Type 77 Update Pak

IAF Type 77 Fishbed E Update ver 2.5

Based on the original mod by Bob 'howling1' Hauser.

What I've basically done, is 'rearrange' things to use the latest, Patch 4 versions of the 21PF lod, and 21PF data ini.

== This package is designed to be used ONLY with the latest weapons pak!!! ==
== This package is also set to use the Magoo/Badger Mig-21MF cockpit - make sure you have it installed. ==

The loadouts have been set for Indian weapons, plus a few other fixes, including correcting aim angles for the IAF 23mm Gunpod (GP-9 standin), so you WILL be using the weapons editor!!!

PLEASE read the enclosed readme the full, detailed instructions -- they'll help you out, really! Also, in everyone of the IAF updated paks, are directed thank you's to the original modders.
