    ------T-47 ClassVAUQUELIN---------ASW modernisation
    Anti-Submarine Warfare Destroyers
    L'escorteur d'escadre Squadron escorts (Escorteur d'escadre)
    Preceded by: T 53 class
    ASW modernisation
    5 ships —
    D'Estr?es, Maill?-Br?z?, Vauquelin, Casabianca and Gu?pratte — were modernised as anti-submarine destroyers in 1968–1970.
    Armament
    2 ? 100 mm guns
    1 ? anti-submarine mortar
    1 ? Malafon anti-submarine missile launcher
    2 ? 20 mm guns
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
-The T 47 class/ or Surcouf class /were the first destroyers built for the French Navy after the Second World War.
12-Twelve ships were built between 1955 and 1957.
    - The ships were designed as Squadron escorts (Escorteur d'escadre) rather than for independent operations,
therefore they had a slower speed than their predecessors.

The ships were modernised in the 1960s and decommissioned in the 1980s+1990s, when they were replaced by the
    Georges Leygues-class frigates.
-These ships were larger than other contemporary European destroyers and were based on the wartime Hardi class,
but were enlarged and had a dual purpose armament.

During the 1960s the entire class were modernised and modified as either flotilla flagships, anti-aircraft guided missile
    or anti-submarine destroyers.

  2. This package contains modified data files for the Udaloy and UdaloyII Class Destroyers. It is meant for SF2:NA based installs only.

You can find it in the Udaloy class upgrade package 1.0

    http://combatace.com/files/file/12800-udaloy-class-upgrade-package/

Alternatively if you have the SF2:NA Expansion Pack by eburger68 then it can be used with the Slava included in the pack.

    /--------------------------------------------------------------------------

This package makes numerous adjustments to the Udaloy & UdaloyII Data files.

The most important is making the SA-N-9 missile launchers function via a Gunner instead of using the [WeaponSystem] entery. As such they operate similar to the launchers on WhiteBoySamurai's ships.

On the Udaloy II, two launchers have been set up for the SA-N-11's used by its Kasthan mounts so as not to interfere with the guns of the Kasthan.

All other gunners have been heavily overhauled in order to adjust the performance of the ship's gun systems against the AA and CIWS role.

The Alt1 file is uses stock or existing guns while the Alt2 file uses custom modified guns.

  3. This model represents the Takanami class destroyers (DD-110~DD-114), in service with the JMSDF from 2003 to present. The Takanami is an improved version of Japan's modern workhorse, the Murasame class, with a larger main gun and more flexible vertical launch system. Two variants are included, the original as-built vessel, and a recent refit with ESSM replacing Sea Sparrows.

The Takanami class features well-rounded armament including a 127mm gun, two Phalanx CIWS, two 4-canister SSM launchers, ASW torpedoes, and a 32-cell Mk41 for VL-ASROC missiles and SAMs.

A full names list and authentic decals are included. The model features a helicopter deck and a few other surprises. This ship is best used in conjunction with my Kongo class, Murasame class, Asagiri class, Hatsuyuki class, and other upcoming JMSDF capital ships.

  4. This model represents the Hatsuyuki class destroyers (DD-122~DD-133), in service with the JMSDF from 1982 to present. They are among Japan's most numerous and modern general-purpose escorts, and the first to use Combined gas or gas (COGOG) propulsion.

The Hatsuyuki class features well-rounded armament including a 76mm gun, two Phalanx CIWS, an 8-cell Sea Sparrow launcher, two 4-canister SSM launchers, ASROC launcher, and ASW torpedoes.

A full names list and authentic decals are included. The model features a helicopter deck and a few other surprises. This ship is best used in conjunction with my Kongo class, Murasame class, Asagiri class, and other upcoming JMSDF capital ships.

  5. This is an updated data file for the Stock Third Wire SF2:NA Kashin Class Soviet Destroyer.

    /------------------------------------------------------------------

The changes are primarily centered around adjustments to the Elevation and Train of the guns with regard to both the Maximum and Minimum position and rate of moment.

A number of other adjustments have also been made related to gunners and guns.

The "Alt1" variant of the data file uses stock guns.

The "Alt2" version is set to use alternate guns which should improve the effectiveness of the guns in the AA and CIWS role.

The alternate guns have been included.

This file has been tested in SF2:NA.

  8. As constructed, the County-class ships were armed with a pair
    of twin 4.5in gun mountings.
The second batch of four ships (Antrim, Fife, Glamorgan and Norfolk)
were refitted in the mid 1970s - this saw their 'B' position turrets
removed and replaced by four single MM38 Exocet launcher boxes.
This made the County-class ships the only Royal Navy ships to be
fitted with three separate types of guided missile.

Antrim and Glamorgan both served in the Falklands conflict.

Sir Hinchinbrooke made both these vessels for Falklands mod.

I remade all 4 County Class batch 2.

As hull has a mapping issue, and can't use decals I was forced
to make 4 separate ships, with new painted numbers.

The guns work and the Sea Slug is a deadly weapon (try it).

As in original ones the Exocet and Sea cat launchers aren't active.

All the glory for Hinch, hoping he could have original files to
    upgrade this fantastic model.

    Enjoy.

  9. This is a full conversion and improvement of the existing Udaloy I and Udaloy II class destroyers for SF2:NA/March 2012. Along with the expected effects, weapons, ship names, and collisions modifications, I fixed non-working radars on the ship and streamlined the data in a more logical, consistent fashion.

I also created a new flight deck LOD file and adjusted the relevant data to enable helicopter operations. As I didn't make the original model, the positioning is based on guesswork and trial&error. Embark from the flight deck at your own risk.

An optional data file for the Udaloy II is included which allows the ship to launch SS-N-22 Sunburn missiles instead of SA-N-9 Gauntlet SAMs. This version still has a measure of air defense in the form of Kashtan CIWS and SA-N-11 missiles. Feel free to use whichever suits your needs. Enjoy!<br class="Apple-interchange-newline">

  10. Fletcher Class Destroyer (1941-46)v1.1 by GrinchWSLG

This is representative of a war era Fletcher. To be exact its a late war version. The model is a mix of different ships, specifically the Kidd and the Sullivans. Its finished in Measure 22. A paintkit is included for those who want to finish it in the various other Measures used during the war.

V1.1: Updated to SF2:NA/March 2012 patch standards. If you intend to use this with a previous version of the game, either use the FS1 version or expect some weirdness.

    Installation:

    1. Place the Fletcher folder in User/Saved Games/Thirdwire/StrikerFighters2(whatever version you use)/Objects/GroundObject

    2. That's it. List seemed kind of dumb with just one item.

The default texture is 2048 as its a big object. If this is too large for you or you plan on having many Fletchers on screen, I've included a 1024x1024 texture as well. Its located in the 1024Texture folder.

    Credits

This mod is released under the CombatAce Thirdwire Community Freeware Licensing Agreement (or whatever its called). As such it may not be used in payware, proper credit should be given in the readme file of any freeware it is released in, and if feasible include the original readme. (Okay, you don't really have to include this little readme.)

Not my fault if it somehow destroys your computer.

  11. This model represents the Arleigh Burke class destroyers Flight I (DDG-51~DDG-71) and Flight II (DDG-72~78), in service from 1991 to present (upgrades and refits notwithstanding). They are among the largest and most heavily armed destroyers in the world.

As with my previous Aegis vessels, two different versions are included (air defense and land attack), as well as name and hull number decals for each ship of the class, plus the necessary sounds, guns, and weapons. An optional data file allowing multiple simultaneous engagements is included. See the readme file for full details.

Note: The weapon systems, collision mesh, and decals have been updated for compatibility with SF2: North Atlantic and the March 2012 patch. If you have not installed/do not plan to install either, this model will not work properly.

When setting up a task force, using the USNgrey texture will allow hull decals based on the ship number. This is bugged in single missions (as the ship number can't be changed in the mission editor), so select a specific texture set with the hull number you want.
If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or constructive criticisms regarding this model, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you!
