Problems with VOODOO weapons

Hello!

 

Anyone know where to get the latest weapon editor compatible with the latest patch? Want to edit a couple of parameters!!

it is in the download section under utilities dated 2/20/08, it works with the oct patch no problem

Thank's! Downloaded, but now I'm having a problem. I'm trying to add a kind of super FALCON for my VOODOO's, I added the weapon as it can be seen here:

And modded it to make it a better dogfiht weapon:

But my VOODOO can carry only AIM4D and fuel tanks, anyone can tell me how to let the plane carry the Special FALCON_ please??

Try to add "AIM4" to the Station Code.

You need to add the code to your SuperFalcon data in order to load it on the Voodoo. In the image you have posted the code box is empty.

Hi, Jug! Happy New Year!

In the Voodoo data.ini i have added the line "SpecificStationCode=AIM4" so in your weaponsdata.ini you should have your Falcons set with the code "AIM4" in order to have them available. Use the last weaponeditor for this ... when you open the Falcon missile data the "station code" entry is on the right below the "attachment type" list. Another way is to erase the "SpecificStationCode=AIM4" entry in the Voodoo data.ini for both stations.

Yes, I used the second method. Anyone know what is the role of the F101C single seater? Seems that my one can't carry any A-A ordinance, is a nuke delivery weapon only?

Roger that. Initially designed as a strategic bomber escort, it ended up as a tactical fighter without AAM capability. They were withdrawn in 64-65 time period and some were converted to RF-101G/H configuration for the ANG to get some use out of the airframes. Believed to have stood nuclear alert while stationed at Bentwaters in Europe.

Thank's Dave! Amazing page! I know is totally unrealistic, but I added conventional loadouts to the F101C, the problem is that only one weapon can be loaded. Any idea of how can I carry for example 4 Falcons or 6 Mk82?

No. TBH it was little more than a simple Canadian 'go faster stripe' decal and it looks like we'll have the real McCoy coming very soon.

Increase the centerline hardpoints weight limit? Need to see the data.ini's weapon section.

Try including 2IR (dual IR missiles) and give it a multiple ejector rack (MER). Loadlimit of 1600 (kg, I assume) would allow it to carry six Mk 82s.
