A final note about the piston vs. jet debate...it's the pilot's skill that matters here. Given equal pilot skills my point would always be on the one flying the jet...

The P-51 looks beautiful, btw.

Will it be part of a standalone game, or is it still an add-on for WOI 2?

This is the P-51 Mustang from the IAF Museum.

The first mission of the Mustangs in the Suez crisis was cutting the communications between Suez City and the Egyptian front lines by ramming the telephone wires using their wing's tip and the Mustang's propeller.

I suppose the Mustang will be a nice job for the skins modders, when released.

The P-51 is for the SF2:I Suez addon. The original pics can be found on the thirdwire twitter page. The blue/gold camo scheme will be included as well.

guyran: you mean these, although I never did finish the NM one....

the camo is here, and at my site (for WoI, but needs a new FM for 08+ levels)

Mind you, the SF2:I's WILL look much better!

Pretty cool skins.

If you look carefully at the pics, you see 2 variants of P-51, B with 4 guns and D with 6 guns.

Is the sf2 engine (unlike the late patched SF1 ser.) good for props?

Well, since TK is going to have a flyable prop kite with the Suez add-on, he will make sure that props work good in SF2 too

If that's a statement, I agree.
