Derk 265 Posted October 9, 2010 That's not what I've heard about belgian chocolate. Agree on that, I'm not eating very much of it, but it's quite popular over here:good: (and I like the Belgians anyway..) Hou doe, Derk
+Gepard 11,296 Posted October 10, 2010 In the bad old time we had such a slogan too: "With GDR patriotism, polish diligence, romanian quality, hungarian disciplin, soviet flexibility and mogolian microelectronics we will pave the way to communism!" With other words: With non existing things.

Capitaine Vengeur 263 Posted November 17, 2010 Other example of variety in Europe: how to cross a street safely? In England, cross the street accompanied by a dog. In Italy, cross the street accompanied by a pretty woman. In Germany, cross the street dressed as a general. In Spain, cross the street dressed as a Roman Catholic priest. In Poland, cross the street when sober. In France, never cross any street. Never !
+Piecemeal 450 Posted November 17, 2010 Maybe if all the Pubs were Irish? Not meaning to blow my own trumpet, but I can tell you from experience that Irish pub owners tend to be VERY flexible when it comes to lock-ins However - I most certainly wouldn't recommend employing any Irish people to run banks
JediMaster 451 Posted November 17, 2010 Maybe there are some combo pubs/banks that are the problem? Or perhaps they'd be the solution?
