OFF P4 SCENERY

Recommended Posts

So hard to do decent realistic scenery these days. Getting tone and colours realistic is tricky .... Not for Winding Man :)

Here's a preview of the P4 Scenery (a couple of the pics we'll put on the website soon) - we believe this is some of the finest scenery in sims available.

need lots of trees? No problem.

Oh note the brand new DH2 model.

Holy $41t. Yep. P4 is going to make some serious waves. And here I was thinking they had already pushed the engine as far as they could go in P3. Silly me.

Holy Moly!

Look at the trees on the rims of the hills in the first shot - the failing sunlight is shining through them and makes them glow!

The tones of sunset gold are wonderfully matched!

I admit, that I didn't expect you to be able to drive the scenery much further - and I'm glad I was wrong.

Marvellous, Winder! A virtual Warsteiner for the man - make it a big one!!

do you chaps realize how freaking hard it is to make a virtual environment like that? Just having 'passable' rays of sunlight is incredibly difficult. This is a work of brilliance right here

When you compare that, it was about time, that Mickeysoft gave the CFS3 engine

to the devs, as a thank you present.

Dusk is, even now, one of the best times to fly if you want to admire Winder's work. And the DH2's a good crate for sightseeing.

Those pics are something else, though... and that new DH2... I rather think P4 will see me spending a lot of time (and a lot of pilots probably) with No. 24 Sqn.

Preachin' to the choir here!

If the multiplayer issues were ever smashed out of the original cfs3 platform, THIS sim would be topped by NONE. In my humble opinion.

Looks amazing guys! I've already started my p4 fund. totall engine overhall when this comes out! Looking forward to it!

May I walk on your hills?

And did those feet, in an-c-i-ent time,

Walk upon Winder's moun-tains green...?

Maybe not that JC, no, but I bet John Constable's up there, copying those clouds. Reminds me of Suffolk skies.

Very nice screen shots, is that the Alsace region? It pains me a little that I'm probably going to be stuck with a new machine quite capable of running OFF P3, but P4 may stretch it's abilities.
