I love the addition of the tip tanks.

Thanks! I've used stock BLU-1 'napes' with a new texture but cannot overcome the shininess.

can't you control that via statement in the tank's main in?? I seem to remember, vaguely, about that

 

Specular=0.800000
Glossiness=0.500000
Reflection=0.200000

 

something like that?

I'm just curious, that if it supposed to USAF, why it's in USN Dark Navy blue?  Wouldn't "special night" or gloss black (ala P-61) be better??

Actually it's not USN dark navy blue (credit me with SOME sense). It's Paul's (paulopanz) take on a FRADU black Sea Hawk.
