Thirdwire still open ?

Did anyone order recently on the Thirdwire website ?
I did last week, got a confirmation from Paypal, but never received a download link. I tried to contact them through e-mail, and on Facebook and Twitter, as mentioned on their website. No reaction. I know these are strange times for most of us, but reading an e-mail can be done from anywhere...

Sometimes TW website is not available. This has happen already in the past. I think it has something to do with maintanance.

Which product have you bought?

When the SF2 Complete Edition was available, I bought it and the download link was given soon after checkout via PayPal. I also received the download link via e-mail.

Check your junk mail as well. That’s fooled me in the past with some TW purchases.

Thanks. I checked my junkmail : nothing.
I bought SF2 North Atlantic.
I've bought many other sims from them, I never had a problem in the past. Indeed, I've always received an e-mail with a download link. As a matter of fact, I can still retrieve my previous purchases.

If you still have the access code from any of your past orders you can use it to get into the download center and get your purchased games that way.

That what I meant when I wrote "I can still retrieve my previous purchases". But my recent purchase isn't there.

I had a similar problem when I first bought SF 2 Europe, but fortunately I received the email after several days and after that was able to access previous purchases just fine.  I think it has something to do with the website, as this issue has popped up a few times.  If nothing happens in the next few days, maybe try contacting TW through Twitter, which seems more active than email.
