Nope, as far as I know. I had the same issue with some airports on some of the terrains I made. You can only approximate to either 239 or 240.

Okay, the runway problem is not to solve on the easy way.

As you see the runway object does not fit to the terrain tile. It is set to 240°. If i set it to 239° the mismatch is on the right side of the runway.

Thatswhy i decided to make an invisible runway.

The problem is, that from distance it looks good, but if you drive over the runway during takeoff the resolution of the terrain tile is low and it looks terrible.

I think i will set the invisible airport to small_airport and so the most american fighters will not use it as base, but only as target.

That should work.

As a non-functioning airport, you can use everything except the data ini statement. Done this a few time in WW2 terrains, where I want an airfield to attack, but not to as a base for enemy usage

Cleveland Burke Seaside Airport is not using a runway LOD file, but only the texture of the terrain tile

From low altitude it looks not really good

From 500 meters upwards it looks accaptable

From 1.000 meters and above it looks good

I made the setting of the target.ini so, that is airport is rarely used and the low quality at low altitudes will not often appear.

Next airport is Cuyahoga County Airport, a smaller airport in Cleveland region.

You will find Mc D a couple of times on the map. Promised!

Yeah fair, I was mainly joking though as I don't really look for the MdDonalds on a base though, as I'm usually just focused on the mission, and not so much the terrain. That is of course it has some highlights to look forward to and such.

while i was in, i was typically Burger Kings on base. But McD's all over the town outside of base

youre closer to one than me 

Krystal's is a close second (dont think they have em as far north as you are) but the one in my area is in the town notorious for bad service no matter what business you go into

I guess, I live in the city since 2013 and never saw one, maybe out west somewhere. And that's bad, crappy service no matter what isn't a good look, not at all.

closest white castle to you is mid PEnnsylvania

closest to me is Tennesse, although taht PA one isnt too much further 

not that i've looked  last time i was at one was about '22(?). coming off a work trip driving from Michigan to NC

also ate at a Bobs Big Boy that trip in Battle Creek Michigan

I'm sure if there was a model for him, he'd put it in though, but we'll probably have to settle for the Mcdee's and such. I wish i could model in 3DSMAX though, then I would be able to do a lot with the game. As such my fun is Arma 3, but that's that. 

Also I think I saw and went to a White Castle when I was a kid, back in Colorado and such.
