Too many people whined about it taking 3 or 4 missile to take down a plane... this is the 60s/70s era.... And with the use of Countermeasures... Not every shot is gonna be a Hit, and not every shot is gonna be a Direct Hit. the electronics and programming in these missiles aren't 100% reliable or even 70% reliable like they are in 1995+/Gen4+ era. Basically what was our happy lil nest egg has been taken over by people that dont know their history, or refuse to update from the Pentium 3 era.

hmm what determines what you have access to in regards to Expansion Packs and DLC. I'll stick to using my "Pre-Made" install. Where I have, SF2, SF2V, SF2E, SF2I, Exp1, Exp2, Campaign Customizer, Patches, SF2NA all merged and working, and Compressed to a Zip. So when something screws up, its a simple, delete folder, re-extract fresh from the Zip. -

Terrain shader adjusted to have better "beaches" on the land edges.? -
no but TW will most likely patch and lockout more stuff to run on 64MB Integrated Graphics in the next patch. So worried about losing sales to people over hardware specs, but dont mind losing sales to locking out the modders. Intel GMA4500 technically has ZERO dedicated memory, 3rd Party mainboards can add dedicated memory by forcing system memory to automatically allocate no lower than 64MB, but the Integrated Graphics Processor itself doesnt have any VRAM to use, so all calls are sent to the system ram. The Intel GMA has enough power to Run the Windows7 interface and provide an HDMI output using partial HardwareScaling/Decoding, its not meant to run games.

Keep a Base install Zipped man, if something goes wrong, you delete the install, open the Zip extract to the folder... its tons quicker than running the installs for SF2, SF2v, SF2e, SF2i, SF2exp1, SF2exp2, patch patch patch.
