  1. Not far from me in car,hour and a half away... I was lucky to fly it back in 1980`s when my cousin was in his early RAF days.my dad had just left RAF by then...flew back seat in a hawk... Flight covered,RAF St Athan ..to valley...valley to dee side down thru mach loop to river severn (bridge),up channel past Rhoose(Cardiff airport),and back to St Athan...those were the days...
  2. The figures are already made...you dress,pose them etc....can export the model scene etc for just about anything...there are 1000`s of types of clothing figures etc....

  4. ok ok.. .ive decided to get stuff in order...im doing too little of a lot...in other words a bit on several models at once ,but not getting anywhere...so ive dug this out to complete...just a few meshes that im not happy with...then finish mapping(its 99percent mapped) then skin it...

  6. ahhh sorry... when in texture editor...click Maps dropdown....and add bumpmap dds,jpeg etc as you would assign a texture...

  8. reason I asked is because ive found a way to get the terrain into 3ds max...from say SF2 Europe for example...so was wondering if could do the reverse.. I stress that the files are for personal use and not negotiable ( just my statement of non piracy lol) if TK would get off his high horse and give us the greenlight....the possibilities are endless...

  11. yes export to max is ok...fbx obj and collada (DAE) since no animation needed for pilots its fine...
  12. just downloaded this free 3d app,its got potential for creating some pilot fugures... anyone else tried it?... 6 mins to render...good innit stock figure and stock scene

  16. Is IFF added via avionics.in file? ive added IFF to my Russkie SU-16 aswell as the usual stuff
  17. Ive no idea when doing terrains.....for rivers...can u use a 3d mesh cut out ravines etc and add it in terrain to map?

You could animate the wing angle indicator if the wing sweep is animated....and you have access to the flogger model....otherwise I dont see how you can link it to a model with automatic wing sweep. if the model has animated sweep,animating the indicator should work as long as you have the indicator anim in same slot number...o\c lol.
  21. There is a mapping issue of stretching on the intake sides...of most if not all TW F4`s
  22. good vid....Nice of the eagle pilot num 162 (4.25) to wave with airbrake and give a hand wave too..
