  1. I'm guessing the lead clown (me) didn't make it out cause those damned shoes got caught under the rudder pedals.....
  2. Sam Suppression Mission in the EA-6B. Love the scheme. Coming back to the boat, everything was like oil on glass, and I'm already congratulating myself on a kick-a$$ landing. And just at the end of the deck...I sneezed. Pushed the stick over, hit the fantail, things went to hell, and that was all she wrote. The best description of the crash went something like this....
  3. You may already have this site bookmarked: If not, it makes for some interesting reading, and might be of some use to you. https://www.uscoldwar.com/
  4. I was outbound on a SAM Suppression mission with some of the new A-7 skins in DS, and on the way out I saw these. Maybe they were there on a USO Goodwill Tour.
  5. Polish AF Tiger Meet 2013 / F-16C & D Block 52, with & without CFT's
  6. Let's see if this "Stealth Stuff" actually works....
  7. I do use that one; especially when I'm flying French Crusaders. That's the map where thsese were taken. (Hopefully, this protocol breach of it not being Monday is allowed in this instance) Getting them back on the smaller decks is the real challenge.
  8. "Rainy Days & Wednesdays, always draw a nuke" AGM-129's will keep me out of a hi-threat environment. 3 of them mean I can go home early.... This is probably how the dinosaurs felt.....
  9. I'm using this one. The folder & data line says East Med, although the Terrain Full Name comes out as the Adriatic Sea South East Europe BETA - Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - File Announcements - CombatACE
  10. That's some serious stealth something!!!!!! I'll just stay with runway denial the old fashioned way......
  11. I was curious about this, so I tried it with a pair of F-15's over the Germany terrain. I was vectored to a flight of Mig-21's, and staying low, no radar, flying a parallel course to them, then slowing down to slide in behind them at 10 miles in trail before throttling up to close the range, they never so much as flinched. Maybe it has something to do with the poor rearward visibility, but I was able to get within 0.4 miles before opening fire.
  12. You lookin' for sumpin? These are the bombers you were looking for.... Cleared to fire....
  13. French Crusaders in the Eastern Med....
  14. Ahhhh, New Hamster & Ms. Piggy....too cool. Ya got the Steelers lined up, I presume? (Even though I'm a Lions fan)
  15. I've been using it in different terrains & scenarios, and haven't found anything to say "this is an issue"; at least, not for me. And I never saw the black line that others saw. I saw it in their screenshots; just not on my screen. I'm looking forward to the full release. You KNOW I'm going to nuke something with it first chance I get!!!
