  1. Some of us are happy with small to medium-sized props...we just have to use maximum thrust on takeoff.
  2. In the "Bad Old Days" on a Bear Intercept...I decided it wasn't a smart idea to go up against their MiG-17 escorts. Soooooo..............BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Thunderbolt CAS circa 1950 Korea I won the duel, but they got their licks in....
  4. A high speed run through this gauntlet... Target in range Home in time for lunch.....and a change of flight suit.
  5. Desert Storm CAS These guys really hate being bombed Having some fun on the way home But...we GOT home, and that's what counts
  6. Just a simple recon...... It was a milk run....until my wing man decided to do an Erich Hartmann with some AAA sites on the way out. His skills were more along the lines of Eric Cartman, so I came home alone.
  7. I have noticed that my screensaver/wallpaper changer running in the background in Win10 will trigger a kick out to the desktop occasionally. Just suspending them takes care of that specific issue.
  8. You were dead on. After I posted the message, I felt there was 1 little something I was missing. so I kept looking at it, deleted that exact line, and "Voila", we have planes in the air. Thank You for the assist.
  9. Of Course I have this problem now, after migrating to a larger drive. I've read everything I could find in the Knowledge base, but no go. And yes, it's WIN 10. I made the changes in the options.ini [Mods] ModsEnabled=TRUE Directory=D:\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2 Europe Editors=StrikeFighters2 [ScreenShots] Directory=D:\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2 Europe\ScreenShots Format=JPG I made sure the "saved games" folder in my main (c) drive had a copy of it and the version.ini as well. The pathway and all entries seem correct, but the game will not progress beyond the initializing screen. What am I missing?
  10. Flew past this guy on the way back at what I thought was a safe distance. Obviously not. After some serious ducking, dodging, and flat out running, I got back.
