  1. Parts List: cockpit folder Destroyer_Cockpit.ini B66B_Avionics.ini I probably SHOULD repaint the gunsight to a bright yellow, but ... whatevever!!! :) The B-66B.ini should look like this when done:
  2. you purchase it from 3rd Wire
  3. cause you're not using the right one. use the one I built (ok, modded) in the EB/RB/WB-66 packs. simple copy/paste from there, and editing the main ini. HGBN's original pack dosen't use the same pit as the other; trust me mine is the closest we'll ever get (even if it's from a Phantom)
  4. funny you should mention that ... I just made a request to GKABS, after his most recent release, for a "open hangar big enough to stuff a B-52 or 747 into". Given that we have static models for the 747, 707, A-300 series, and several others, be a nice addition to eye candy. Not everything fits into stary's Hangar #6 (although I have put a b-17 in one!)
  5. I must apologize ... I got the TODEditor confused with the 3W Terrain Editor. THAT's the one that freezes occasionally. I just started looking at the TODEditor this week, so I was not speaking correctly. I do have a question ... how DOES one import the solid and alpha objects? Just the stock ones for now, so I can experiment. I read the readme, but it only seems to want to bring in outside objects (I'm dumb at this, so bear with me!!! :) )
  6. near Mt Hermon, running downhill to gain momentum!!!
  7. Very cool! Someday, when you can find the time, I'd love to see open hangers large enough to stuff a B-52 or 747 into! I know it's a crazy one, hey, at some point when you're all caught up!!
  8. SF2 reads both ANSI and Unicode. No need to make any massive conversions, which as I stated before, have been mostly done already Is there something specific you're trying to convert??? More info would be most helpful
  9. which one? The one I did is a 'stand in' using the F4F-4 as basis (short fin, Grumman built) They also didn't have the best roll rates
  10. Let it be known, that NO extractor available can 'pull' the LODs from the cat files. It's a rather touchy subject around here; we've several anit-piracy notices posted in the SF2 Forums. First person I've seen actually state truth in a long time. Fact is, before one of the 3W patches (don't remember which, but around 2010-ish - about the time SF2NA came out, iirc) you could. But they were being shared all over the solar system. TK basicly said, 'hell with you all', and locked everything up. ALL Lods; including those inside the terrain cat files too. Of course, that's not stopped scum from sharing the entire games ... This is how it is; I know there might still be 3dMax tutorials for building sf/sf2 models on the web, plus we've got a pretty knowledgeable crew here as well
  11. Moved to a more correct Forum ... Like trotski, I read the post incorrectly too! I was going to respond with "cash or credit card to 3rd Wire" That having been said, any 1stGen mod worth converting has already been converted. Experts have already done the work for you. Welcome to CombatAce!
  12. also consider download more 'modern' vehicles. The stock Zil's age out, I know we have GAZ and Ural's in the download section, as well as more modern AFVs Going along with what Baz said, the user list on vehicles exported will also need adjusting
  13. I was born in that region of Earth later called Mesopotamia, in the year 3834 B.C., as the millennia are reckoned. I was Akharin, a soldier, a bully and a fool. I fell in battle, pierced to the heart - and did not die.
  14. Limited Nations = TRUE on the terrain perhaps??? Obviously, they work as you said to moved them to another mods folder. Try a different terrain in the original, and see what happens. oh, and where's the milf p0rn??
  15. What got me into SF?? I don't want to think that far back....(2005). Lets just say, that coming from the Janes USNF/ATF/FA series (where I built a boatloao of novel conversion mission sets) I was given to understand this was 'the next FA". Unfortunately, it never had the in depth mission builder FA had. But hey, I"m still here. You bunch are stuck with me!
  16. But it would be a nice gesture to site
  17. well, at least they didn't put the clutch up in front, by the radiator !!!
  18. I don't know exactly what it is about the Draken, but I've always loved that shape!! nice job
  19. View File SF2 F3D-2/EF-10B Skyknight by Coyote Aerospace SF2 F3D-2/EF-10B Skyknight by Coyote Aerospace 1/1/2024 -For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended) This is the release of AngelP's F3D-2/EF-10 "Skyknight". It's being released as a "provisional Beta", due to the LOD needing more work. But rest assured, it's been 'tested to destruction', and other than needing a few more seperated meshes, is fully functional. The aircraft has been split into two differing birds, one the night/all weather fighter for the 1950s (F3D-2) and the Vietnam War era stand-off/escort jammer (EF-10B). Due to the need for certain types of electronics (avionics), 2 different cockpits have been used. The aircraft(s) include the following skin sets: F3D-2: VC-3 (USN) in standard overall Dark Gloss Navy Blue VMF(N)-513 - VMF(N)-531 - both in overall Night Black, USMC night fighters during the Korean War EF-10B: VMCJ-1 in standard Gull Grey/White Most marking are decals; excepting a few squadron flashes. Decal randomization is TRUE. As expected, as many Modex numbers as possible have been matched to their BuNums. These are marked with the star (*). Those unmarked could not be matched, or are just 'generic' in nature. Included are pilot figures, drop tanks (ini only) and the EF-10 gets external jammer and chaff pods. This aircraft is NOT carrier qualfied, although the wings fold with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/9, and the canopy hatch with Shift/0. When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection dropdown you'll see for each: F3D-2 Skyknight (CAF) EF-10B Skyknight (CAF) these will differentiate ours from any others you might (or most likely DON'T) have. As is always reccommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. If there's any Notes, give them a read too! :) Wrench Kevin Stein Director of Marketing, Coyote Aerospace "We Aim Higher" Submitter Wrench Submitted 01/16/2024 Category Other

View File SF2 A-1H Skyraider (3W) VA-75 Skin Pack SF2 A-1H Skyraider (3W) VA-75 Skin Pack 1/11/2024 -For SF2, Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended-- must have access to the A-1H Skyraider in your mods folder(s) This here is a new skin for the stock 3W A-1H Skraider, depicting VA-75 "Sunday Punchers" in approx 1962 aboard USS INDEPENDENCE in Southeast Asian waters. Most markings are decals, excepting for the squadron color bands on the rudder. Through the magic jiggery-pokkery of Level 2 decals, the CAG color bands are also available when you select modex #500. The line birds have their correct markings. All serial numbers are 100% historically correct for this unit at this time period. It should be noted, nothing is provided to make this AI aircraft flyable; you should have alread done that. This is just the textures and decals. As is always reccomendified, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Happy Landings and Good Hunting! 24. I don't want to say it was aliens ..... but it was aliens
  25. I've been playing this game since 2004, I don't ever remember seeing 'unlimted fuel''. There's an "Easy" option, not unlimted Perhaps we could be of more help if we actually had some details on the issue; f'er instance: what plane, made by whom, and when (year released) Otherwise, were just guessing in the dark
