Yes, and al depends on the radar on how it returns on when you get dots, flashes or squares.

The returns on the radar are usually very strong and hard to miss. But you have to remember ground clutter comes into play so you have to watch dive angles etc. Not sure how much more I could tell you becuase I turn it on and I see returns from the radar sweeps. Make sense? Are you not seeing any returns at all?

They are only fuzzy if you have a low end machine or low graphics settings. I was already in the process of updating them to Wolf's new P-51 but keeping the insignias painted on, I just prefer it that way.

Unknownpilot, Dels is a C-130 instructor pilot in the Aussie AF, he has been around, I am sure he knows all that. Also the A-10 doesn't have a ground radar. I use the hell out of the ground radar because I use all hard HUD and radar settings. Having been flying and modding this sim since 2002, you eventually learn to use it. The bottom line is that it takes practice and you have to want to use it.

How serious are you guys about this? If so Wrench requested a separate forum. I think we shouldn't do that and keep it open like we did NF4+ and give regular updates etc. Just my 2 cents though. Also I can get serious pics of the birds at the USAF Museum for serious detail work on the skins. They have a whole Korean War section. I could go there and take video too. I think this is the spark I needed to get back into this.

Also we have in the latest packs, the 4 Gun (20mm), an A model (with correct canopy) and RF-86F. Those packs in the D.L section have just about everything we need.

Not that I am aware of but the current crop is fine if soufreak can touch them up with higher res skins. Also they GMG also had the 3d model to make specific version touch ups as well. FM's need to be looked for the Sabers as well.

The shine is part of the LOD so there isnt a way to get rid of it. The F-100D had the same problem before TK made a camo version with its own drop tanks. I suggest pulling some tanks from one of the weps packs.

Oliver passing away and really let the wind out of my sails for modding. Such a nice person. However we did some great mods and FastCargo was key to redoing alot of old models and making them 1000% better, like the F-111's and the F-15's for example. I am really proud of ODS and the work JSF Aggie and the team did on it. Its a true master piece. NF4+ was a labor of love and I thank C5 for letting my team take the reigns and get it to the public. My favorite mod I had no hand in, is the SF2:V all in one mod that eburger and his crew did. Just awesome. I have to say this, I am a hack, I can cooridinate a mod team, I can make a few decals and test some stuff. But as far as mod ability, I have very little. What made these mods so good was the guys on the teams who know the guts of the sim. They deserve all the credit and I wouldnt be where I am if it wasn't for them. They are the real stars, hands down.
