Don't get me started about officers. I can count on both hand the ones I have been around that were worth a damn. And 6 of those were prior enlisted. I have to disagree with you Mike because we always trained liked we fought. And our training was never easy.

The knowledge base had a ton of info on how to do what with what. Start there, its a lot of reading but it can defiantly get you started.

Yes they are a French site but you can get the idea of it real quick and as you can see they are full of surprises.
